I received exceptional customer service from Mary Grace. She was very helpful and went above and beyond to both resolve raised issues and provided experience that will want to make a customer to come back and/or remain with National Bank.

It is also worth mentioning that my recent experience is a repeat of such exceptional service from Mary Grace (the first one was over a year ago). This suggest her consistency in the provision of such service and obviously a great asset to National Bank.
Her very commendable professional and friendly manner truly helps to portrays the bank in the good light.

Very unimpressed with the service. Terrible communication skills from the mortage specialist. Take more than 4 business days to get back to you and does not even try to help.

Great customer service at this branch on Baseline Rd. The manager Mary Grace has gone above and beyond her responsibilities to provide service that the bank's no frill brokerage firm doesn't provide on site.

The best treatment I have ever received at a bank! I had to work with this bank for over two months because of all the things that I needed to complete and the professionals always showed kindness and respect.
The biggest thanks goes to Matthew Gagne for his professionalism, diligence, following up in a timely fashion, and pleasantness.

This is a small bank that is more about personal basic service than a one stop shop. Keep that in mimd, as it is not like some of the bigger banks where you can walk in and out with your product or service in under 10 minutes. With that said, you do get a personalized experience where they call you by name and can predict your needs. The staff at the Baseline location are great and work hard to make sure you get what you need. They are the ultimate multi-taskers.

Mary Grace came to our rescue when we could not get a hold of our mortgage specialist, no matter how hard we tried.
Mary Grace went above and beyond the call of duty to help us! I am very pleased with her service as she is courteous, attentive, professional and engaged. Bravo NBC for hiring her and pls recognize her as she is truly one of a kind!

I had appointment today to open up a new account with National Bank, as a first time customer I can say i was very pleased with the customer service. As i waited for my appointment inside the branch I had multiple different employees ask me if there was anything they could help me with and they were all extremely nice. The advisor who helped me get my account opened up was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He was able to help me with everything i wanted to do as well as answer all of the questions I had.

This bank does not accommodate its clients at all! The hours of weekday operations are from 10am-3pm and they are closed on weekends, so basically they expect clients to take time off of work in order to receive in person service. No one at the local branch returns calls, clients are always referred to use there online self- service services and when you call in for customer service they will make you wait for a representative for over an hour each time!

My business partner and I have been facing an issue with Customer service for almost a week. Could not reach anyone for help. I showed up to this branch and Mary Grace gave the best experience. Not only support when I arrived, but also following up with referring me to the respective the specialist. She has done her best and more. I would have given 0 stars to NBC if it wasn't for her. Nobody was able to support but her. She adds value to the branch. Cheers

I made an appointment last week and confirmed all the details on opening my account. Stated service Canada won’t replace my G2 with anything other than paper until I do my G, service Canada also stated the expiry date is not effective and my license is active

I confirmed this last week at an appointment and he promised me it was ok

They are liars, this low life useless account manager lied to me right to me eyes and acts as if he is better than me today

Go somewhere else, EQ has 1.75% interest l. These clowns will look you in the eyes and lie to you

UPDATE: the bank has contacted me and offered to resolve the situation. They were courteous and professional and thus I updated this to a 3 out of 5 tentative on resolution to 5

Dealing with banks is not always easy but thanks to Mary Grace and her team they made the expierence much easier and I am thankful for that. I would recommend this bank. Thanks again Mary Grace for all you've done.

Mary Grace has been helping with my banking needs in another branch for years. Since she has moved this Nepean branch, she is still very helpful in providing tips and helpful advice. She is very customer-service focused and I am very happy to know her in the branch.

This is my 2nd visit to this location. I visited first time to this location 2 years ago and had no valuable experience. However, this time Marry started process my request less than 10 minutes. (Only one person was serving at counter, i guess that near closing time in holiday/pandemic time). Then Ghilslaine Fleury-Rowland took over the process explained all and completed as i requested. She was very trained customer friendly staff, polite and offered useful advice. I'm very happy with the service!

I went to this branch during the weekend to do some banking and setup online access. My experience actually was very nice! The front teller, a yang gentle man Matt was very friendly and Mary the bank manager spent quite long time to help me to set up my new online account, nice and patiently! Front line agents not skilled in banking transactions. Have no skills how to make transactions between National Bank and other banks. Confusing payment system.

Incompetent staff, terrible customer service, overall, the worst banking institution I've ever dealt with. I regret transferring a mortgage here and opening an investment account in the last year. Laughable financial advisors and "investment specialists" that know little more than the absolute basics. Avoid this branch at all costs.

Outrageously poor service, the teller could not provide a room of loonies and needed to refer back to her computer to add 25 and 15.
