I had an appointment with Fatemeh Rasaei, she was super nice and really helpful explaining all my questions. The process went smoothly and my issue was resolved in a fast manner.

I have been a client with NBC for 4 years now, to be honest it was the very first time in a while that I had a good experience with one of the advisors. Fatemeh Rasaei assisted me in solving my master card problem that was caused by another branch. She patiently walked me through all the steps, she was kind all the time during our appointment and she was knowledgeable. She even followed up by email the next week to check if I am still having the same problem or not.

Linda Ospina has been my point of contact for my banking needs with National Bank. The experience has been smooth with her and national bank - both online as well as in-branch.

Used to love dealing with this branch. Now they are cashless, can't even make a cash deposit unless you use the ATM - which I couldn't as I had coins. What is the actual point of a bank branch that doesn't deal with cash? Everything else can be done on-line. Just close it if you're not going to have a working branch. Useless.

I'm not a regular National Bank customer.but perhaps I should be! Great service - I was dealt with quickly and efficiently and the staff were really nice. Definitely visit in the middle of the day as there's little to no line-up.

Miss Linda Ospina is the one who always assist me in person and online. Today, I called her and made a request. My call went to the voicemail so I left a message. After few minutes, she emailed me and said she’s done with my request.
She is fast, trustworthy and reliable to her job. Thanks for your service. Stay safe!

All of this branch employees from the tellers to the advisers and mangers were providing by far the best customer service. I hope it will be reopen soon.
