Absolute joke of a bank. Nobody ever picks up the phone and the people have zero problem solving skills. It’s been over a month that national bank owes me money for an overpayment on a car loan and nobody is able to figure out how to issue my money back. I will be contacting head office today and filing a complaint to the branch. I am absolutely furious and hope that nobody has to go what I’m currently going through. Avoid this bank at all costs

I requested an appointment online on September 14 2019 for September 28 2019 at 1: 30 pm. On the same day i received a mail saying that they confirmed the appointment. One day before the appointment (September 27 2019) I received a mail reminding me that the appointment had been confirmed and was in one day. Today (September 28 2019) i get to the bank 20 minutes before the appointment and was told to wait there until the appointment since it was not time yet and the person had not gotten there. After waiting it was time for the appointment but there was nobody there, after waiting some more time a different person comes out just to tell me that i needed to request another appointment.
The name of the advisor that was supposedly going to be there that day is Tarannum Alagh.
