I went to make a change of address I had a hard time but after a couple of attempt it got fixed by a nice employee called Dayna a very friendly and helpful girl. She made my day Thank you!

J'ai fait affaire, ces jours derniers, avec une représentante de la Banque Nationale à Hawkesbury. Son prénom est Lucie. Je veux simplement la féliciter de son professionnalisme envers sa clientèle. Lucie fait preuve d'une grande empathie avec les personnes. Ce fut un plaisir de rencontrer Lucie, laquelle offre des services exceptionnels et fait preuve d'une écoute remarquable. Bravo à la succursale de la BN à Hawkesbury qui fait appel à du personnel compétent!

What kind of bank doesn’t answer their phones.
Sketchy transactions made in our investments and when dealing with our parents estate account.
Not too sure why I can’t access transaction history online. Or get transaction history from the branch directly. Especially when applying for a mortgage.
The only positive is Micheline. She’s the only one that’s ever been helpful.

Impossible to communicate with. No email address to send anything to and cannot get anyone on the phone. Disgraceful!

I contacted the Hawkesbury National Bank today to inquire about wrong deposits made by them from my investment accounts. I gave them the correct amount and they said they would correct the errors. This was early PM today. Correction still not made (now 7 PM). First question I asked was, who gave them permission to change the amounts. They could not answer this simple question and I did not recognize them at all. Very poor service. Now I cannot discuss with anyone as the offices are closed. I have been a client at this branch since October 1997. Not for long though!

Michelin the truck driver was rude unhelping a cigarette break was more important! The other staff are helpful kind so I stay helps if you speak French
