Well, I always tried to get along with the long wait in this branch. HOWEVER, today, in addition to the long wait, I experienced the worst customer service with a teller who said her name is ""Merrela"". Very Unprofessional and very Rude.

Hope their manager, AT LEAST, mind this issue and hire professional pple who know what customer service does mean in this country.

Very Unsatisfied and Do Not recommend this place at all.

Will be moving away from national after over 20 years. Nobody calls back. Nobody answers the phone.

I am not sure why the ATM of this location is not opening, if the ATM is closed outside the branch hour, what are the purpose of setting up an ATM?

They help me to solve all my problems and give me an extra advice on my account setting.

Shawn (Shunjie) was awesome at addressing all my banking requests without any upselling or pushback. Everything was done in a timely manner.

We had time with Mr. Shan today He tells me why you chose this bank, go to another bankI thought we came wrong.

Avoid like a plaque! I never manage to complete any transaction at this branch. Today my wife who is owner of the joint account was told she is not authorized to deposit a cheque to the account b/c it is not her home branch and they cannot reach the home branch. They must be living in the 18th century under a rock and with their head in the sand.
