National Bank

Was told that my debit card would come in the mail, never did and its been a month and 2 weeks waiting.went in at 3: 45pm on tuesday oct 24th to get my debit card, lady at the front desk said "sorry we dont do that here". Yes you do (lie #1). Was given a phone number to call saying thats the department for lost cards.it was the regular support number (lie #2). WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE IN THE BANK ON HOLD I WAS ASKED TOO STEP BY THE ATM TOO HAVE PRIVACY. I SAID SURE WHY NOT. (LIE #3). THEN THEY CLOSED OFF THE ATM FROM THE REST OF THE BANK AT 4: 15 PM LOCKING ME OUT.if anything like this happens again i will be filing a report with the CFPB to get a lawsuit going as this is the most disgustingly incompetent, lazy, customer spiting, work avoiding bank ive ever even heard of.i mean if i could give 0 stars i would.and just look at all those 5 star review.i reported 3 for botting and they disappeared immediately.this is just absolutely abhorrent.never going too use this bank let alone branch again

Ms. Manju Nayyar (Mc laughlin Rd and Queen Branch) is extremely helpful in renewing our mortgage. We were so so overwhelmed when it came to renewal with RBC. They gave us hard time. Then we planned to switch our mortgage with National Bank. So, luckily there we met Manju who helped us in our renewal. She went above and beyond for getting us a good rate.
