Excellent service from Tara today. Went above and beyond to help me change account information even though the bank was closed as I rescheduled there.

Very poor customer service, no one picks call and 1 out of 10 calls answered but she put me on hold and will call back but never received any reply. Also the advisors don’t have full knowledge of products they are selling, to one of my friend advisor said that you will get 5% interest payments per month on GIC account.

Had a fantastic experience with one the advisors. A very knowledgeable man and was able to help me make some smart moves financially. Great service.

Website says they are open till 5pm, but the bank actually closes at 4pm.
