Not a large branch, hours aren’t long but staff is pleasant, accommodating & efficient. I moved to Hamilton Mt.from Bolton where I continued to use my Ave. Road branch in Toronto. Have used this branch since 11/2014 & am satisfied with it. I think some of the reviews were too harsh.

The bank machine should be available 24/7. Ridiculous. It's a bank act like one

Friendly and knowledgeable staff that are happy to help. They teach you how to independently complete your transactions on your phone and the bank machine.

Worst place for banking, applied for LOC got approved for 15k but the advisor (amali perera) took more then 3 weeks and still haven’t received any notification from the bank not to mention got a hard check on credit file
