The absolute worst financial institution I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t answer phones, emails, faxes, nothing. I’ve even gone to another branch to get that branch’s manager to message them on Teams. Nobody responds! These morons have been sitting on a mortgage discharge statement - for more than two weeks - that my lawyer needs to be able to close my new mortgage tomorrow. AND I CAN’T REACH ANYONE. F National Bank and F this branch especially

Very bad experience with this bank and branch. Agent in this branch do not know anything.

Always a line up and wait times are terrible. In addition had a settlement cheque taking over two weeks for them to clear and give me my own money back. They are just gonna call me when ready but I called their number and never an answer, told to leave a message and someone will get back, so the lady said.

The worst branch ever.
I had so terrible experience.
The employees are the worst, special the manager (Peter) who in one opportunity, I went there to get help by them (asking them about how to download bank statements) I knew that I have the option to get it for free however this guy made me pay (60 dollars) to print 10 papers.
I told him that I dont need to be print only online statement and he said that they don’t provide that support and why I am crying to pay 60 dollars (literally he said ‘ it’s not the end of the word’) is just 60 dollars.
I called the main office in Montreal (and thanks God they returned my money back plus a big apologies from them)
Unfortunately I had to go sometimes to that branch to get my transactions done but I highly recommend you to never go there.

I like this bank and its staff are wonderful but THE HOURS AND NO SATURDAYS IS SOOOOO annoying and does not make people use this branch

They have a very bad Customer Service. An employee called Shipra Jain gave me the worst experience. So disrespectful and unprofessional. She resulted to racial profiling and asking why I want to open an account and where will I get money to put in the account.
I won’t recommend anyone anyone to open an account there.
