We were looking have an in-ground irrigation system put in and contacted several companies to compare quotes. Some just gave an estimate over the phone, others left a paper on our front steps with a guestimate but Craig (owner of NCI) took the time to schedule a visit, walk around the yard with us, describe the process and system options available to us. Needless to say we loved the hands on approach and felt comfortable moving forward with NCI. Over the spring months, his office kept in touch with us about the next steps, scheduled plumbers and then system installation. The install crew showed up bright and early and worked past dinner time to make sure the system was perfect. One of their reps showed me how the app worked (it’s a breeze), he also set up the schedule to water the yard and explained why it was set up that way. A few days after the installation we noticed 2-3 spots that did not appear to be getting water from the sprinklers. I simply emailed the office who sent out a tech crew a few days later, they adjusted some sprinkler heads and solved the problem very quickly. The office was in touch when it came time to winterize the system and again the crew was on time and professional. With the owner himself being so hands & knowledgeable on it’s no wonder the entire company runs so well, I highly recommend NCI for anyone looking for a sprinkler system!

We received NCI's name from a neighbour on our street who was pleased with their work and since I trust their word, that was good enough to get started. Once the time came, the work itself only took a day, which was nice. The crew that came, led by Tom, was hard working and polite although there was a non-irrigation issue with the install that needed a correction on a separate day however that was taken care of and I have no concerns. The owner, Craig, was responsive (via text), fair and professional. Since this past summer when it was installed we've had zero issues and the lads came out and closed the system for the winter; their post-service has been exceptional. Overall we're happy with the work, the company and would recommend if you're looking for an irrigation project!
