Everything was smooth, from booking on the website and subsequently modifying the booking, to picking up the vehicle, and then droppping it off. 5/5, would book again. Special mention to Collicia, who took the time to explain things when picking up the car, and Rajvi who made dropping off the car a no fuss process.

Car ready early and agent adjusted time very quickly. Clean car, full tank. Drop off very quick!

We were greeted with professionalism, and a smile. The car, a Volvo V60 B5, was impeccable, low mileage (1600 km), an excellent drive. Returning the car was a breeze. It took us 5 minutes to return the car. No nasty surprise.

No complaints. Very professional staff and the pick-up and drop-off was smooth and quick. The car we had for 10 days was great at a competitive price. We will very likely use National Car rental again.

As a executive elite member i travel very often for work and require the use of a rental car constantly.
Noah was superb and amazing to deal with.
Got me in and out of the rental counter in under a few minutes and upgraded my reservation to an SUV for no extra charge.
Highly recommend this location and definitely shoutout to Noah for making this a true executive elite experience.

Interior of cars are always dirty. My last rental smelt of gasoline so badly I had to swap it out. The clerk acknowledged the smell wasn’t normal and sent it for a full detail (whatever that means)
Surfaces are always sticky, food debris from previous renters.
Thankful for the one square of a Clorox wipe they leave for you
No snow brush, it’s the middle of winter in Ottawa. They don’t bother doing checks for the simple things.
