I decided to DIY my deck and went into National Decking with a ton of questions. Right from the start, Tristan was super helpful and didn't try to push products on us. We went in 2-3 times just to look around and ask questions, and each time, they patiently answered all our questions about decking, posts, framing, lights, etc.

They took the time to review our design, approach, material requirements and provided suggestions when we needed them.

We ultimately appreciated the customer service so much that we ordered all our decking from them. Even when there was a bit of a mix-up around shipping, both the sales and delivery teams worked together to resolve the issue within a very reasonable time frame. When we received some damaged boards, they replaced them without question.

Once we paid the invoice, it took approximately a week for all the material to arrive. Delivery teams were punctual, called ahead of time and took care of both the decking material and our property.

No regrets going with National decking and would recommend them to others looking for great customer service.
