Repost- I had duct and vent cleaning done at my home in Mississauga on Dec 11. I was quite impressed with Power Vac Ontario through the whole booking process, from calling for information, and scheduling my appointment with Jennifer and Alissa. I really liked their professionalism and friendly and thoughtful nature. They were a pleasure to speak to.

Originally my appt was scheduled for early January, but I was put on the cancellation list, and within a week, a cancellation came up so I was very thankful and relieved. My air ducts and vents have not been cleaned in over 10 years and my kids and I have a lot of allergies from dust and mold. And it was affecting our health negatively.

On the day of the appointment, the service technician, Mike C, was very professional, efficient and friendly from beginning to end. I was quite impressed with his amazing, exceptional service. He called just before arriving, and he also arrived a bit early, which was great since I didn’t have to wait! He was very knowledgeable and explained the cleaning process to me. He answered all my questions thoroughly and to my satisfaction. He was also very thoughtful, to offer me ear plugs since it was very noisy at some instances while he was cleaning out the vents. The process took a couple hours and the result was amazing. The air in my house seemed cleaner and fresher almost immediately.

I would highly recommend Power Vac Ontario, and especially Mike C, for any future air duct cleaning needs. Actually the next time I need my ducts cleaned, I will personally ask for Mike again. He usually works in the Hamilton area, but said he would come out to help me again in the future. He did a top notch job and I was extremely satisfied with him! He should be a role model to others. And he deserves a huge recognition for his work. Maybe a raise too! He is a great asset to your team. Never let him go! A company can train anyone to clean ducts but they can’t train a person to be human, to treat others with respect and be sympathetic and empathetic. He was all that and more! He went above and beyond to make me a happy and satisfied customer. Job well done! ️ ️️️️ p.s. The one who came to clean the dryer duct was kind and tried his best. Unfortunately for me, I have the same problem, my bathroom does not get proper ventilation and there is still high humidity.

Jacob was extremely thorough in the manner in which he cleaned the entire duct system. He was a true professional and an asset to his company. Jacob was also very knowledgeable about duct systems.

Had National Duct Toronto for HVAC and vent cleaning today. Jacob is our technician during the service, and he performed all the tasks very meticulously. Upon arrival, he gave an overview of what he's going to do, and patiently explain any questions that I have. The cleaning + disinfecting + dryer vent cleaning took about 1 hour. Professional, patient, and very friendly technician. From inquiring quotes to cleaning process, I have nothing but great experience with National Duct Toronto. Highly recommend to anyone.

Service was great your man and I got along great he answered all my questions and he did a great job it wasn’t his fault the debit machine wasn’t working that’s the only problem with your service not his fault that’s front offices problem he told me about it you guys should have bench tested it before the switch and turned off the old system

The tech was very good, took his time and showed me what the ducts looked like before and after. Cleaned up after himself and left everything in good shape.

As described on their website. Arrived on time (actually a bit early), very professional. Followed Covid protocol very well. Showed me before and after pictures. Explained everything that had to do and what they were doing. Very happy with the service and results. Was very careful not to damage anything.

Received referral from my HVAC team and was very pleased with the prompt service and professional results.

I made an appointment 2 months earlier and they called me 1 day before the scheduled appointment saying they had a booking error and couldn't make the appointment. I understand that mistakes happen but I would have thought they could let me know about it earlier considering I booked so far in advanced.

No discount or additional service was offered for the inconvenience. I would have given 4/5 stars if they had honored the original appointment date, let me know more than 1 day ahead of time to re-schedule or offered some compensation.

However, the second appointment date was honored and the technician was friendly, helpful and thorough. I must say that David did an excellent job.

They didn't solicit us.we contacted them. The technician who came to our house was polite, courteous, and professional. He went about his work quietly. The price was as expected and the technician didn't try to upsell us which we appreciate.

All in all it was a very boring service call, which is exactly what getting your ducts cleaned should be. I recommend them and will use them again next time.

Just moved into a new place in Toronto and the vents were in a mess. Dirty and not straightforward in terms of the engineering structure. Cody didn’t see this as a challenge and did an amazing job cleaning them and the furnace. No complaints about the additional time the job required and not an additional dollar of charges. Got the duct & vent cleaning services for my place.
The technician has reached on time, was clear in explaining what the process would be and how much time it would need.
He went through the process on his own and was able to clear my queries.
The charges were also clearly mentioned at the time of setting up the appointment. There were no surprises with the charges in the end.

Jeremy and Mike were AMAZING - they called prior to arriving to say what time they would be showing up; VERY professional and courteous, also with respect to my home (they asked if they should remove their boots and also asked if something should be placed over my rug prior to putting the hoses over it). I have a very cramped crawl space and Jeremy had no problem checking things out down there and even offered to replace my filter on the furnace down there when he saw I had one out. Ordered this service because of a musty smell that was in our air return when we ran the AC unit. Smell is completely gone. Very pleased with the service. He was on time and even moved the truck to avoid damaging my maple tree.

David our agent was early 29 minutes. The job took around 2: 30 hours to Power Vac duct clean my house that has 19 vents. David was very nice and professional and answered all questions that I had. David wore his mask the whole time. Very good service and I recommend! Don't answer those 'private or fake numbers' by agents who sound as if they are calling from another country. Call these guys, pay a little more and get results! 5 Stars.
