Great service, terrific delivery persons back in Spring 2023. Serta perfect sleeper with box spring purchased and delivered quickly - very pleased until the seam ripped a few months later and it took 9 months to get support completed for a new mattress. Delivery promised 1-2 weeks and now it has been over 3 weeks. Sad to say, it seems the initial great service is now gone downhill.

Very excellent customer service, the employees are friendly and helpful. They explained the differences between some mattresses very clearly. The prices are also very fair. Overall a great experience at the store and I would shop here again.

The quality of the product and service for this store is awful - the products have lots of quality problems and the store refused to resolve. I have bought mattresses in different stores but never came across these issues. If you buy things here you are facing high risk. This is the most awful store we ever seen

We searched on line and found this place, came without high expectations, just found this place has so many choices and the price is relatively lower.we bought our extra firm mattress, Conor is nice sales man he also explained some pillows to us. My husband is happy with the cool pillow since his head always feel hot.

Bought an extra firm mattress in August 2022 and was back is in heaven.

Came back in September 2023 to buy the same mattress but king size. Truly recommends buying from her, and the customer service is beyond excellent.

Awesome experience here! Connor was a great help, gave us a rundown of store layout, and specifics on firmness/mattress types and then allowed space for us to walk, browse and try each one out! Didn’t bother us or pressure us into anything - just super helpful, personable and made the whole experience so enjoyable! Would recommend this to anyone looking for a new mattress at a great cost!
