Terrible customer service! Unresponsive and unhelpful. Avoid at all costs. When I got my mattress delivered I paid for upstairs delivery and the delivery men argued with me and stormed off. I had to chase them down to show my receipt for upstairs delivery. Just absolute disappointment, and the bag on my mattress was all ripped. Like really? Did I even purchase a brand new mattress. Also, I was promised a delivery time. I called to followup and the man on the phone literally yelled at me and told me to be patient? Excuse you…I just asked a question and was promised a certain time so I wanted to clarify. FYI I WAITED 5 HOURS LATER TO GET MY MATTRESS so if you get a mattress delivered make sure you wait all day for it and don’t trust a delivery that was said

The delivery drivers from National Mattress were absolutely amazing with their service. Very kind, courteous and helpful. Have yet to try the mattress itself (looking forward to it), but the in-home delivery service was exceptional.

Poor customer service, i purchased new mattress with the box spring and they had sent me a box with a big hole on the centre. The delivery guys covered it with the mattress so I don’t see it but I double checked it and saw the hole. Such a bad experience with this company

The absolute worst place to get a mattress. We got 2 from here as our first one was terrible so we exchanged it for a more expensive one called “Chirofoam” which we got in May of this year and it is the worst bed I’ve ever slept on, it is supposed to be “luxury firm” but the mattress is as stiff as a board, absolutely no give to it. We are in so much pain in our backs, hips, neck and shoulders. $1200 gone to waste because now we have to get another bed from somewhere else. Stay clear of this place, cheap is not better.

Horrible experience, I don’t try to recommend this. They have the worst delivery and customer service. They send my mattress to a wrong address while they have the exact address and I confirmed the location on the map in store, and did not try to cover their problem. The biggest problem I faced, none of them responded my emails (salesperson, delivery) and their customer service answered after a day to just tell simple apology

The outlet has great collection of mattress and pillows in various types.we were looking for something medium firm and we’re guided to the right one

Horrible experience. Ordered a "firm" mattress online only to receive a mattress completely different from what was advertised. After suffering with back pain due to a horrible mattress for 15 days so we could use their "Comfort guarantee" exchange, they tell me we need to go in person to an outlet and pay a $95 exchange fee + price difference. What kind of guarantee requires you to pay almost $100 to claim? Oh and they don't offer refunds either.

Great customer service, staff very helpful, if you're looking for great deal and good customer service this is the place.
