I was fortunate enough to use the National Pardon Centre for a driving offence. Not only did I connect directly with one of the principals, Michael Ashby, but experienced a seamless performance from start to finish. I can recommend them without hesitation. To give you an idea of their integrity, when the administrative fee of around $700.00 was removed by the government, the National Pardon Centre, without any request from me, and long after I had paid the fee, cheerfully refunded the full amount. Hats off to the National Pardon Centre - it doesn’t get any better than this!

Roughly two years ago, I reached out to National Pardon Centre regarding the removal of a charge. Mind you, this was a charge which I received an absolute discharge for. I was told that the charge would be removed with their services within a year.

I have had to call their offices more than five times for updates. It took well over two years for me to get the results.

They then told me that my fingerprints and photographs have been deleted, but the destruction of fingerprints and photographs does not remove the event from police databases.

In other words, I paid roughly $500-$700 two years ago to have fingerprints and photographs deleted. This could have easily been done by reaching out to the police division myself and would have only cost roughly $50-$100. The point of going through National Pardon Centre was to have this charge removed. A service which they said they could do.

I feel very misled and taken advantage of by National Pardon Centre. This was not the service I expected and have lost a lot of money in the process.

Please, be mindful of this before paying them for a service that they cannot follow through with. The “Client Guarantee” badge on their website means very little when they are not transparent with their clients from the beginning.

I had a great experience hiring National Pardon Centre to do my record removal for me. I had a lot of questions, but both Nicole and Rachel answered them all in a professional and timely manner.

When I went to the office in Toronto, Rachel was very kind to me, guiding through the process. I received my pardon after only 5 months of them submitting it to the National Parole Board of Canada, and I couldn't be happier!

Nicole, Rachel and everyone at National Pardon Centre were top notch professionals, treating me with great respect and dignity. Thank you all so much for helping me through this process.

Don't go anywhere else if you need a pardon, record removal or waiver. These guys are the best! I can't recommend them enough! Thank you so much!
