Pens and calendars did not come.they call today after 3 weeks to say its on hold.i cannot give away to customers in December now.lost me after 15 years of business.do not use these people.

Perfect Pens deserves a Perfect 0! Stay away from this company, as they have deceitful business practices and slow service. Hire someone local you know!

Received a sample pen in the mail, which was great with a promotion of 60 pens for around $50. When I finally received the pens 2 months later, I was shocked to see a $19.95 setup fee, and a $25 shipping and handling fee. No additional fees were disclosed at the time of order, not a single line of text indicating those extra costs.

I spent a half-hour of time phoning, and reversing charges. Decided it was easier to pay that than deal with this company again for returns. I hate this company, and have 0 trust for them. Stay away!

If I could rate you minus 5 stars, believe me I would. The worst company I have ever dealt with. Placed an order that was I supposed to get before June 18. Took my money and didn’t even bother to call and confirm my postal code since they thought that there was an error in it, which wasn’t the case. After we called, they promised to have it delivered by June 21st and guess what, the order is still in their warehouse. What kind of company are you? If you’re not up to the customer service and expectations, DO NOT open a company, go clean kitchens and toilets instead. I am without a gift for the teacher that I wanted to thank the most and today is the last day of school. I am so disappointed and angry because this company is unprofessional and the people working there are bunch of liars.

We ordered lunch box, but what we got was disappointment.

First, the quality of the product is not good at all, and the second one is the wrong item, and not our logo, I contacted to return the goods, which is not easy to contact them. It took weeks for them to report the return. When the goods return to them. I'm tracking for a refund.

I tried to send an e-mail asking, and many times there was no reply.

In conclusion, we have not received any refunds and responsibilities from them

I placed 3 orders with this company between April and May, 2021 with a total of 5 products varying in quantity. The first order had issues with 2 of the products and I am still waiting for a refund for the 96 hats. I was informed on May 25th that I would receive a full refund for the hats; to date have not received any refund. The pens ordered and approved, in writing, with one telephone number were shipped with the wrong telephone number. After escalation, I received a replacement order and the pens were left open and with ink bleeding in the bags. In addition, I was invoiced for the replacement pens, when I originally paid for them. The replacement pens should not have been charged to me at all. I contacted Customer Care about the issue and they asked me to send a photo, which I did. They insisted I pay for the replacement pens even though I already paid for the pens in the original order and I received a replacement order with bags filled with bleeding ink!
On the second order, I was charged shipping after they advertised free shipping. I did receive a refund for the shipping. However, I did not receive one of the items ordered April 4th. I was told it would be shipped June 2nd. I called to follow up on the outstanding items, and was informed their Production team cancelled the order. I did not receive any correspondence or refund for the cancelled items. They could not explain what happened and said they could have a new order rushed and possibly shipped to me in 10 -15 days. I have no faith that it would be fulfilled and have concerns I would be charged again for something I have not received a refund for. This company needs to do a better job on its quality control, customer communication and customer experience.
I DO NOT recommend this company.

Pens colour doesn't match the flyer at all. Company will only offer 1/2 price shipping on a new order as their fix. Took 5 business days to get that response.

If I could rate them a zero I would. I ordered in March 2021 and did not receive the product for 4 months. I tried speaking to someone in customer service multiple times with ZERO help, just kept saying it was delivered but it was in their warehouse still - was in fact not delivered. Worst customer service ever. Will NEVER be ordering from them again. BUYER BEWARE

I've ordered high quality custom pens twice without any issues. I recommend this place for custom stationery. Once they go on sale, I hope to buy more.

I ordered a big order, and they did not care at all. I didn't expect they care about me a lot, but the quality of the product was horrible and shipping delayed without inform me. Don't get any group order or something big order. It will be getting worse as much as you order more. And horrible customer service as well. I complained this and she had no idea what was going on

They keep sending me invoice (with extra cost because I didn't pay the first invoice) but they never sent me any pens! No tracking number, nothing. I decided to order because someone else I know had done business with them and it was ok. But for me, it's a really bad experience. Almost seems like a scam. Cannot trust this company.

There should be a "zero" star choice. I should have read all the comments, before ordering. Yes, I fell for the promo price for pens, but neither the set-up price nor the hefty shipping cost was mentioned by the five different customer service reps I spoke to, each time I called looking for our order - which was continually cancelled. We receive the pens about four months after the first contact, along with charges almost double what we were expecting. Sounds like this was once a good company, now gone bad.

By far the worst experience I have ever had ordering a product with a company. Order went into production without approval. Job was printed incorrectly. Job arrived a month late. Ended up losing money with my own customer.
DO NOT USE THEM! First and last time for me! Will NEVER use again.
BUYER BEWARE! If I could give them zero stars for the amount of time and money I lost, believe me I would.

We had received a sample in the mail with all of our correct information on it and we liked the quality of the pen. With the sample we received a promo code for a discount on the pens. I had placed the order and we received the incorrect information on the pen. I called customer service and the gentleman I spoke to was Louis and he was incredibly rude and not helpful and basically said it was my error because I placed it online- he was very condescending. All he could offer me was a 10% discount (which doesn't even cover tax) and didn't even offer to ship us a new set of pens with the correct information. We will never order from this company again and we hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Very unreliable company. We placed an order for over 6K in March for an event in June. Authorized a credit card deposit of 3k. Balance to be invoiced and paid by cheque. 30 wine glasses arrived broken. Would not issue replacement glasses until claim from UPS was approved. They weren't packaged properly from the get go. Hot and Cold cups were not imprinted as per our request. Could not guarantee delivery in time for our event so offered discount and then processed our credit card for balance without our authorization. That constitutes as fraud. Very difficult to get a reply from customer care. The only reason they are getting even 1 star is that the pens and bags we ordered were nice. After dealing with company for so many years, we will go elsewhere for our promotional items.

HORRIBLE. SCAM. STAY AWAY!
Do not even go to the website. They might send you an order and the invoice even if you didn't order. The worst service you can imagine, agents on the phone are OMG so rude and disrespectful. If you try to order you will see the calculated tax is 25%. The recap doesn't tell you what is the charge for shipment. The website is set to scam people's info and send orders and force invoices on you. One star is a way too much. The law should deal with these kind of companies.

We got 50 Britebrand 2-Layer Reusable Cotton mask, but strings are too short, no one from our company can use it, maybe good for kids…. So we lost the 50 units since my team cant wear it.
We waited for that long and now there are useless for our company.

This is the second time I am using Perfect Pen and never again. We had issues with customer service with the first order and it was very delayed. The product was good so decided to give them another chance. The 2nd experience is a lot worse because aside from the delay, we've been dealing with UPS asking to pay extra shipping charges and I spent hours on the phone with customer service trying to sort this out. It's been months and it is still not resolved. UPS has now submitted my client to the collections agency even though there should not have been any extra charges in the first place (which was confirmed by Perfect Pen). Very frustrated and disappointed. This is the first time ever I am leaving a negative review online but I wanted to let other potential customers know to stay away.

The absolute worst place to do business! Original online order placed May 2nd. Technical issues were blamed for a 12 day delay. An Order Confirmation was finally emailed to me on May 14th. Two weeks later, still no delivery. I phoned Customer Service to find out that my order was cancelled (?) No email explanation.no phone call.nothing! What a waste of my time.

I placed order on Nov 12 under email kriti_95, They immediately took the money, same day I got the Thanks email saying your order will be processed right away. One week, no further email, I called and one rude person told me why I am calling, it's only a week and minimum is 1 month and I will get the email when shipped.
More than a month no email. I called and lady says 2 out of 3 items has shipped and 3rd item she will send email to production team. I will get update by email.
I received 2 items. Quality of items are very very good. But 1 pen from item was wrongly printed. Called again and they immediately refunded for 1 pen and told me she will personally will make sure I will get the update for 3rd item.
But again no response, I called after 1 week and 3rd lady says that still no time when 3rd item can be ready. So asked to cancel and refund. Multiple times confirmed the amount of $ 159+ and next day I am getting the refund of $ 126 only. Now it's Christmas and they are closed.
Will wait to get some positive response from them. Last 2 times both customer service girls were very nice and it seem they are aso tired of so many complaints.
Gav 2 star for very good quality items and good response from last 2 representative.

First few orders were good. Then the experience soured. Seems like they bend over backwards for new customers, and once you've spent $$$$ with them things go south. Read the reviews. Dont reccomend.

I ordered from Perfect Pen in the recent past; the order was quick and the bags were just what I expected. However, when I reordered the exact same product, I didn't hear from Perfect Pen to verify the design within the weeks to follow. So when I logged into my account to check the status of the order, the price was almost $100 more than on the invoice I received and naturally, because the creative was not approved, the shipping date would be pushed nearly 3 weeks!

I'm grateful to Anita who corrected the price, sent over the creative for approval right away, and got things back on track. While I would like to give Perfect Pen a higher rating and be a return customer, the lack of customer care, and deceptive pricing is really troubling.

Great product. Easy ordering. Arrived in timely manner.we have placed 2 orders over the last year and will definitely order again!
