I have no idea why this has a rating below 5 stars. The food is phenomenal! It’s sometimes busy - because the food and mithai is always so good. The ladies are helpful and as quick as they can be.
I recently ordered takeout from national sweets and restaurant and I was quite impressed with the service given by Manisha I ordered dal makhni the food was neatly packaged and food was delicious overall my takeout experience with this restaurant was fantastic.
I went there for takeout. The name of employee Manisha on second counter.she is very good in service. She deal with customer in very good manners. She is the best over there.
Very very bad service take too long and nobody care about customers never go at this place. Staff is rude and they disrespect their customers. That’s why I am giving one star but they even don’t deserve one star they deserve 0 star
I had an issue recently with my food order, but the owners were quick to fix the problem and even added in a couple extra samosas. Truly wonderful place with wonderful food and I would definitely visit again.
Worst experience ever. Table was not clean, there were bunch of used tissues on the table that were not picked up until after requesting it twice. Do not order their bhindi do pyaaza bcz it is big chunks of not well cooked bhindi with seeds. Did not like the service either. She did not bring all our food and one person was not served the plate. Bad experience.
Poor service. I ordered 2 butter naans at 11 45am and told them I'll pick up at 12 30pm I reached there at 12 33pm and they were forcing me to pay when naans were not even ready. They said it will take 5 mins more. First and last time I ordered here. In the end I had to cancel my order.
I have too bad experience with this restaurant. I visited there to buy jalebies on this Sunday 29aug, 2021 arround 7pm. A young boy who make the jalebies, didn’t cover his mouth with mask moreover he was talking to someone on phone too loudly, as a result it’s not safe for anyone in this pandemic. I requested to him to wear a mask but he strongly denied. So my friends don’t go there, it’s not safe for us.
I'd have rates them even lesser. Not at all hygienic place where you would see no gloves being used for cooking. On top of it foreign objects, insects and flies in the recipes are very usual. I got 20 people catering done from this place and to my embarrassment, one of the guest found insect in Gajar Halwa. You can see in the picture. Not at all recommended. If you want to sacrifice your health most welcome to eat at National sweets, Dew side drive, Brampton. On top of this, when I visited the place to tell them and objected no use of gloves, the owner became rude and raised his voice.
So, this incident happened where me and my friends ordered naan to eat and while we were eating the girl came with bill and asked us to pay while we were in middle of eating. It was my first time experiencing this kind of thing. We just wanted to get out of there after that.
Don't visit to this place. In terms of customer service they are totally zero and they don't know how to talk with customer. Girls working over here do not know how to talk with customer. Instead of going to NATIONAL SWEETS go to SARDAR JI they are really nice and respecting to customer.
I notice some people complaining about an employee not wearing a mask. However, customers need to understand that businesses CANNOT discriminate against someone that is unable to wear one. You don't know their medical history and it is none of your concern.
I have had only the best experience at National Sweets - from the food to customer service. Thank you all for being so kind and helpful, especially during such uncertain times. Much appreciated, especially when many other companies are discriminating against customers as well.
Poor Service, I called 30 times before visiting in-person to place my order fir pickup. No one is interested to take the order, Staff is standing right behind the kiosk and their is no one in-line besides myself. I can understand this situation, but they not even busy at that time. Not sure how they managing the business. They must improve their customer service.
I never recommend this place to anyone. They don’t know how to treat with customers. In terms of customer respect they are totally zero. Recommendation to National Sweets is to charge little bit more from customer but atleast provide good customer service.
They make you wait alot! But taste wise they are one of the best in town as I have tried almost all the sweets from them. Can’t say about the food. This rating is all about the taste of sweets. If I would have been asked about waiting time I must have given them 0 stars.
My experience was very very bad at national sweets because i ordered 3 days early for party food but on the party day at a time they said we dont have food which you ordered. Also, owner dont have sence how to deal with customers. It is totally waste of time and money at this store.
Very by poor customer service Girls are rude and atleast be polite while taking order. Taking order and still not listning to customer bcoz they giving and taking instruction from other staff. And customer has to wait while she talking Atleast dont be rude than.
I went there 8.30 and i got my order 9.30. I wait almost one hour. There is no management by the staff. Horrible customer service too. I never come to this place again.
So worst experience.like if you got small order don't ever think you will be served.the girl took my oder and never return back to me until I ask them its be 30 minutes standing in line waiting for order. They only care about big orders. WORST SERVICE
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIER QUEUE DUE TO THIER OWN MISMANAGMENT AND PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE The customer service is pathetic.order some food for pickup through uber.it shows ready for pickup to me but it wasn't ready and the staff was rude enough to tell me how much time it will take.i stood there without any clue when i will be getting my order.later on when i lashed out at one of the girls.one guy came in he told its being packed.but guess what it want even ready by then.after 10 more mins when i asked they said we are going to prepare the order now and bring it.another 10 mins and i got my order.when I asked that I want to talk to supervisor.the girls at front said he is not in store and when I asked about manager they said he is busy.so basically they don't even want to received any feedback for improvement.so here I am writing the review. Very bad customer service They don’t pay attention to what customer orders and what they pay It happened with me 4 times items are missing This is so disappointing. I was there regular customer every 10 days but they don’t pay any attention. Very bad for store. They need to have more more focused staff working. I would highly recommend people to check the order before you pick it up. Very very very poor service.
Great quality food. Best jalebi in town. Paneer samosas are my fav. Also the best quality sweets. Great customer service. Always busy. Bhatura and naan quality is so good.must try.
Timings say they open at 9am but they never answer phones till 930 and they say it’s an hour wait for orders in the morning because we just opened.worst indian restaurant in brampton
My bad experience during take out of veg pakode because when I reach home and open bag which is full of sauce everywhere spoiled my sweets and pakode. Packing of sauce was unprofessional.
Sweets are very delicious. But reason I gave just 3 star is, I told the saleswoman to pack the sweet in light packing box but she use heavy one. We take this just to eat not for any guest. It's just waste of money for customers and owner also.
