Be very careful with this company. My wife has her phone with them. There's been an issue with her phone screen, and we asked the company agent to give us a new phone and we're ready to pay all fees. He either does not get back to you or replies too late.
It's been 3 month since we contacted them, but still we have not received our phone! We signed all documents and everything but still nothing. Anybody who has a slightest doubt that this might not be a legit claim, I'd be happy to show them my text messages and emails we've had back and forth with them. Just contact me. I've got sick of asking them to deliver our phone.

Be careful with this company. Very poor customer service. Will not deal with again.
