Excellent place to get variety of foods! Especially Asian, great prices for veggies & produce, fruits a bit pricey but still not bad. Customer Service is good, and they try to help as much as they can regardless of being super busy in case you want to return an item. Ready to make meals are fresh and delicious, healthy as well, as long as you watch the portion size as they give you a-lot of food if you get the Asian food special everyday. So it’s Amazing as well cause you can have 2 meals out of the 1 they give you.

Great spot, big indoor playground, Tim Hortons in the area, food court and arcade in the same area. Very nice parking area and many stores scattered around like homesense, sportchek, McDonald's, and many others.

Fully stocked, clean and a wide variety of international products, produce and ingredients. We'll staffed and accessible by public transport.

This is the express lane and she took her groceries here wasting everyone else’s time. The lady on cash did nothing about it

So I’ve been going here since they opened, they have a decent selection of meats & frozen seafood veggies. The cons are the fish dept, staff don’t follow directions in terms of cleaning, they charge for fish cleaning (photo is how much extra cleaning I did on 2 fish at home I paid to be cleaned) but when u get home u still have to scale & gut the fish because it’s never done well. So that’s incredibly frustrating, then with snapper, parrot & salmon be-careful most times they’re rotten. Bought snapper two weeks ago & it was spoiled. Another con is the fruits, they’re regularly spoiling and moulding. They have hot meals I’ve heard ppl say they’re nice but I never purchased from them. I do love their pastries dept tho & they recently hired black cashiers.

Overall, the experience was ok. The cashier gave us incorrect information on a product that we were unable to verify until we got home and opened it. I don't believe they lied but they simply didn't know any better. The store and prices though were fine.

Love Nations. It isn't cheap but they have so many hard to find fruits/vegetables and Asian ingredients that the price is less important.

My partner and I have been going to this Nations since they first opened. Generally we go once a week to stock up on imported snacks, some produce, deli meat, and whatever else we find interesting through the isles.

There is a person working in the deli section who is really nice and makes good/honest recommendations.

Sometimes the lines are too long and certain areas get jammed up with foot traffic. I would not recommend it as a quick in/out sort of thing. We average about 40mins to an hour in total there.

The food is very good! Tryed the b. B. Q pork it was delicious! The cashiers are very friendly and nice! I rather go their because of how clean it is and because of the big selection they have.

This is hands down the best place in the junction to get an affordable meal or the ingredients to make your own meal. Quite possibly the best prepared foods selection in Toronto and possible the best selection of sauces and spices in Toronto.

Great place for getting meat on sale. Clerks know English well, but some in fish department don't know English as well. Still always an enjoyable experience to shop everytime I come.

On my monthly visits i am able to get my meats and fresh produce in one go. Its a multi cultural environment so it have something for everyone.

Would like to give dim sum 5 stars but 1 star for the terrible service. It seemed like they don’t want to sell food and throw the foods to us. We spent $150 on food and was only given 4 small packets of hot sauce. Given the amount of portions we bought, we asked for more hot sauce, but the girl serving us was very rude and disrespectfully said no and threw our food containers rudely. We notified other staff about this hoping that they can retrain those staff at hot food, if they want to keep customers.

Shopping here is an experience. Place is massive, if you want any Asian products they have it. (Filipino, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Korean, you name it they got it). They also have a big play area for kids and an awesome cafeteria with hot foods. Definitely worth a check.

Went for the groceries. Have a lot of what we were looking for. Much more here, but I can only vouch for the good deals, selection, and organization of the grocery store.

My filipino groceries are available here! This is my new go to grocery store! Plus there is a medical clinic and family doctor, dentist, physiotherapy clinic plus pharmacy beside the grocery even better!

Very Good Shopping experience, they had all of there items in stock! There workers are very kind. This place is a good place to buy your cooking stuff that are in great condition.

Becareful with this store.i bought grapes there $1.99 a pound, thought it was fairly cheap.but i stoll bought it.only to come.home to wash my grapes and started eating it. Only to have and itcy tongue and lips (ouch). Grapes in bag from Jasmine vineyard.

This nations is great except the seafood department. They screw around too much. From the sanitation. The floors always super wet and the fish is usually not fresh apart from the live ones. The biggest problem is when you buy shellfish such as lobster or crabs. They will put the product in the big brown paper bag before weighing it. At 10$+ a lb that bag is costing me an extra 5+ dollars in weight alone. When I asked about it they tell me their managers say they have to weigh it like that. Buyers beware. Other than the seafood department everything else at this store is great.

With there being a delta variant and Covid - 19, they should be disinfecting every table / chair after people finish eating. Some of the tables were filthy gross. Never again eating here especially with a pandemic. They should be ashamed for not following proper sanitation and taking care of their customers. Least have wipes somewhere that we can clean or wipe r selves.

I've been shopping regularly in this place. I am after their stocks of special food and spices especially Western and Asian food.
They also have freshly prepared cooked food over the counter at affordable prices.
There's ample parking for this 1-stop shop of other specialty stores, banks, restaurants, fitness center. Right across the street is Home Depot, Canadian Tire, Best Buy, etc.

Went to the store on Thursday to get a few items and something to cook. Bought minced beef and fish (beam). Thawed the minced for friday and upon being thawed out, the inside was black and brown and outside red (obviously they covered the old meat with the "fresh" one) to make its appearance better. Smelled horrible had a sticky feel, so no minced for dinner friday. Attempted to clean and gut the fish on Saturday and it's flesh started to come off and my house smelled soooo bad, barely held onto it and the flesh was pierced. I know when dealing with seafood a smell will obviously be there BUT this one was as if it's rotten. Money wasted on both items!

Having the most competitive price, offering a huge selection of Asian especially Vietnamese or Caribbean region as well. The fish area might not be the most sanitary place and there’re a potential of cross-contamination. But all and all, if you know how to grocery, this place is heaven on earth.

Downgrade from 5 to 1: Used to be a good store to buy fresh food. On Aug 14,2021, I saw salmon fillet on sale and picked up one, guess what? It went bad and smelly. I guess we have to be cautious for on sale items then.

Great store… clean and a great selection of products.
Unfortunately, their produce (gai lan, bok choy, etc.) packaging is too big.
It's OK for a family, but not for a single person. The staff tells me it is
company policy. It wouldn’t be that hard to offer both large and medium sizes. I’ve stopped purchasing most vegetables from this store for this reason.
Secondly, for pre-packaged noodles and vermicelli, they forever are
changing their selection.
Thirdly, they do not give you plum sauce when you purchase a full
bbq duck. Really?
Otherwise, in general, it is a good store.

By far best asian supermarket around they have different international section. Love the Japanese sweets, makes me feel like I am back in Japan

One of the dirtiest markets I have ever seen. If it is not the next home to a super virus I would be surprised.

The store has lots of food and can get diffrent selections of food item that you wouldn't at your local supermarket.

One of the most disgusting bathrooms I have ever seen! Larger puddles of urine around the urinals, floors are very very dirty, driers are out of order, and the cleaning attendance sheet is days old. I called the service number to report it and the person had no idea what I was saying.

Their commitment to wrap every piece of fruit or vegetable in plastic is relentless despite community outrage they don’t care

There's focus on Asian groceries but pretty much only the most obscure items on my grocery list will ever be missing.

I'm particularly happy with their detection of canned and bottled drinks.

Crowds aren't too bad in the evening. Though if you get there an hour or so before closing they might be packing away some items already.

As such this market is very good with all required stuff. But as this one is Chinese you will find many items required for Chinese, Philippine, Korean, etc. Very good vegetables, fish, etc available.

This place is amazing. They have everything, from chinese, mexican and other. Choices on meat and a Buffett.

Horrible! If you are looking for the specials that they announce in the flyer, forget it! You can find some deals but in general the quality, most of time, is poor! Be careful! The service and the time spent in the line up is disgusting!

As a person who loves trying International foods and who loves to cook, I absolutely love shopping here. You can esily find items here for recreation of dishes from any part of the world. There is lots to select from and lots to see. The prices are also great, especially on fresh produce. The staff has always been helpful in locating items. And the ready food counter has great food and VERY good prices. The staff will stuff the containers for you as well so that 4-5 people could eat for under 20$ in total:)

I don’t remember, how many years this Nation has been open. I start grocery shopping there every week since it was open. Staffs working in Fish section and a few cashiers not politely, not really helpful to what customer asking. Today, I’m asking for the lobster, and the guy really make me disappointed.
I will shopping other new place.

Always able to find just about anything needed for Asian recipes here. Amazing selection. Far more crowded though than I expected during current Covid situation.

Amazing seafood collection.kingfish and shrimps were very fresh.the sugar mangoes are delish - The best I have had in canada so far.some things I got here which are not readily available are: raw peanuts, jackfruit, custard apple, mangosteen, guava, sugar mango.huge collection of ramen and noodles.lot of asian products.indian spices too.

Very busy store not enough employees lineup is ridiculous it takes longer to cash out then to shop

Great portions for hot foods. Go to the counter and ask for what you want. Youll see they will stuff the container with as much as they can fit in. I ordered the shrimp stir fried noodles and they packed so much in that container it lasted for days i admit, it was a bit intimidating with all the choices at the beginning but once you start, u come back and try something new each time

*EDIT* also not applicable during lock down stay at home non Essentials closed time. BUT make sure you check the flyer for hot food SPECIALS so you can ask for it at the counter. They don't have an poster out for their specials I noticed so you just gotta know I guess? !

This Nations location really is an experience! Located in the heart of the Stockyards, this store offers more than just groceries. Most customers flock to the hot food area as the dim sum is surprisingly really good when made fresh. There’s also specialized food stations for banh mi, chinese bbq, sushi, western deli, bakery, and much more. I haven’t had a chance to experience this store pre-pandemic, but there’s a huge party/play area featuring arcade games, bumper cars, and a huge jungle gym for kids. Extremely unique and cool amenities to offer within a grocery store. Makes sense why it’s named Nations Experience!

Great pricing and they take credit card, better than the other nations that only takes cash. The lineup to pay is ridiculously long. You have to walk through a maze for no reason: just a way of pushing products on you.making you go out of your way by walking an extra km.

So many people inside i can't see the social distancing and they're selling hot food but they don't have any cutlery and napkins seriously. And the its getting expensive I'm just gonna stick to fortinos

Good variety but there is something about the store that does not quite speak to my soul. Each to his own, I guess.

I'd give it a 4.5 out of 5, only cus they're efficient. However, one of their stock employees were rude when I asked for help.

Lots of items to choose to buy unlike other stores.also not heavely priced which all food are the same.

Bottom line: a good store if you live nearby. Not necessarily better or worse than Galleria or T&T supermarket. Roughly the same is the overall evolution.
