I had the best experience with Chichi and grace! I booked an appointment ahead as they are quite busy during prime hours and they were in time and very quick. The design was better than the reference photo!

This is my favourite place in Toronto for my nails! I've been getting acrylics with Grace for over a year now and always have a great experience. All of the staff are so welcoming and are great at services offered. I've also seen Chi Chi before and she always does a great job and is super fun. I recommend this salon to all of my friends as I leave satisfied every time.

I have been coming to this salon for a few months now and I must say, this is one of the best nail salon in Toronto. My nails always come out perfect, they pay great attention to detail and no nails come off before I have to get a refill. I recommend this salon to anyone who has a nail habit like I do. Got shellac on my nails here last week…. Was unsanitary to say the least. A few days after getting my nails done I had chipped nails… I would not return. The reason I get shellac is to avoid chipped nails.

I highly recommend this salon for a bio gel manicure. Grace did my nails and not only was she lovely, she also did a fantastic job! I will be back.

Friendly, and quiet while doing a relaxing pedicure. With summer coming they are sure to be busy.

PLEASE READ! I came here for first time, the worst experience i had doing my nails. Especially the Old guy who did mine he was so rough, didn’t clean my nails, just put on acrylic right away. Its very short nails and He charged me for $60 dollars with just a french tip. When I came home my nails were bleeding a bit for some of them. French tip wasn’t put fully and properly. I booked for one girl but 4 people did mine just because they keep rushing and continues to accept clients even if they have enough customers on their hand.

Went 3 times, first one was great, second time they ruined them and had to get 2 extensions after they over filed them. I Should've skipped the third visit but since the second time they fixed it no charge I decided to give them another chance but again my nails are not good. It's been 3 days and one is already chipping (it wasn't even fully painted to begin with) and the shape is odd when you see it from the side it's like there's a bump.
Also communication is clearly not a strength there or hygiene. $35 gelish manicure is what other nicer places charge so it's not even like you're getting a great deal.

Service was great! Can’t say anything about that, but I got surprised when time to pay.
It does advertise $20 for mani shelled and $20 for pedi shellac on the board. But for both I ended up paying $70 + tips which should have been $40 plus tips …
So I will be back to speak with the owner.
The ladies who did my nails were both great but I’m sorry you shouldn’t advertise a price you are not even respecting!

Everyone here is so nice and they did an amazing job! They are also pretty speedy which is also a nice plus! Would definitely recommend to others and will be coming back soon!

After many years of going to Natural Beauty Nails every two weeks, it’s about time I write the positive review I feel they deserve.

That place has become a staple in my life. I like seeing Bindo, Chi Chi and the gang. They’re always so kind. Nothing is never too much trouble. Plus, in all those years, not once did I have to return because of a chipped nail or whatever. I’m always super happy with the result and get complimented on my nails a lot. Strongly recommend and hope they remain open for a long time.

Wonderful experience! Céline did an amazing job on my toes and it was surprisingly affordable too! They have a great range of gel colours available and à very friendly atmosphere. I sat in a massage chair so I got a backrub and also à foot massage and calf massage with the pédicure. It was my first time but I'll definitely be back!

Please be careful if you frequent here, im new to the neighbourhood and I went for a shellac pedi twice in the past couple of months and now i have a toe nail fungus

Though the owner seems to be polite and personable I found the staff to be rude and non communicative to the point where if I wanted to change something or ask a question I felt like It wasn't welcome. The woman doing my nails barely said a word to me and just roughly gestured or moved my hands when she wanted me to re-adjust until I politely asked her what she would like me to do only then did she answer me verbally. I asked for chrome silver nails and they were not very well done especially on the toes.

Just got false nails here for the first time ever here last week from a friend’s recommendation and I have to give a hats off to the customer service. The nail artists are incredibly skilled and flexible. The manager even redid one of my nails a week later when the tip came off. Will definitely be coming back!

It's been 6 months since I discovered this place. I go almost every 2 weeks and I am very satisfied! A big thank you to chi, chi chi, and kelly, and thanks for the treats by the cash register! Those who want to get a nice nail service at an affordable price, please do not hesitate, I sincerely express my satisfaction as someone who has tried almost all nail salons in Toronto.

Not the prettiest nail salon but what it lacks in atmosphere it makes up for in service. I usually call ahead to see if they're available and they're usually able to fit me in. I've had manicures done by a few of the people there and they were all great but the one I got from Grace was the best.
