Can't thank Mardie and his team enough! He did an amazing job for us and went above and beyond to carefully and safely clean our heritage farmhouse. He was thoughtful and compassionate. He took his time and did an exceptional job. He even took my senior dog's chairs home with him and personally steam cleaned them and brought them back for her to continue to enjoy! Quality of the carpet cleaning is good! However, the yelling and swearing at the employees by what I can only imagine was the supervisor in our buildings hallways was very unprofessional. Genuinely felt bad for these employees and for the tenants. Hopefully this is something that can be improved upon.

This went over and above the results we were expecting. Having used various carpet cleaners over the years and achieved moderate outcomes Mardie made our 20 year old light coloured, stained carpet look almost new again! To say I'm impressed would be a definite understatement.

My carpet is really difficult to clean, because Its off-white and I couldn't remove the stains. I was going to throw it out but Natural Cleaning Systems worked very hard. All the stains are gone. The carpet now looks refreshed. Don't rent those clean machines in the grocery store - get the pros to do it.

Terrible customer service. Sent an email requesting an estimate and got no response. Called to book an appointment for which Mardy never showed up. I called and left a message asking if he was going to keep the appointment, and he didn't even bother returning my call. I would never hire this company!
