Natural Food Pantry - Kanata

I have recently been visiting Natural Food Panty more frequently and I have nothing but good things to say. They have a great selection, the items I purchase are always in stock and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Keep up the great work!

When we lived in Stittsville, we went there fairly often. Since then, we have moved 'outa town' and, apparently lost sight of one of the finest stores we ever frequented. Went there today, looking for items I could not find elsewhere and.found them! And was helped out by two of the finest people we have met in far too long. Those of you who are interested in your finer foods will be well served by checking out this Natural and Unique Food Provider.

I love the selection of vegan items they have at this store - some items can be a bit more expensive than other stores carrying the same brands, but NFP always has my staple foods in stock - I'd rather pay a bit extra then drive around trying my luck at other stores. The staff are always friendly and helpful as well:)

Great service. Very friendly and super healthy foods here. It all tastes amazing. A little expensive but good. AMAZING PEANUT BUTTER!

I think they have the best selection of healthy foods in the West End. I have two other natural food stores walking distance from my home, but always prefer to drive to the Natural Food Pantry as they have everything I need for sure (other stores don't even order some of the products). The store is always clean and well organized. A bit pricy, but sometimes you don't have a choice.

Visited this store today great selection of products. Beautiful bright store and the staff are amazingly friendly. Highly recommended

The prices are higher than most other stores but the staff is great and the selection of products as well.
I shop there (Hazeledean) almost every week!

Awesome store and great staff. My only complaint would be that the prices on a few things I buy regularly are a bit high (my gluten free flour, one supplement, and some of the canned items), but on a few others the price is lower than other places, so it works itself out. Their produce is always fresh and lasts awhile, and good selection. The price of produce is pretty good too, I like that I can go here and get most of my produce, saving a trip to the grocery store. The regular cashier I get is super nice, It's a great experience going to this store.

First time in a health food store. Not terribly helpful and were not wearing masks. I won't go back.

There was one person on staff and she was incredibly rude and condescending. She was borderline hysterical when the person I was with opened an essential oil that she planned on buying (for the record, there were no indications that they shouldn’t be opened).

Poor customer service, often out of stock, prices higher than most other stores. Now shopping on amazon, much better service.

I don't have a huge experience with the store however I needed some pills and cleasing kits in panic and went there spent about $200 on the items. Few days later just for fun I checked their availability on Amazon and surprise surprise I think I wasted at least $80 by buying from them instead of Amazon. Won't return sorry brick and mortar store!
