Natural Nails

Don’t waste your money here. Tina was my nail tech and she has poor attention to detail and doesn’t take pride in her work.

I got a pedicure and she didn’t touch my cuticles at all. The entire pedicure was over in 10min and didn’t include lotion or oil. Not to mention the nail polish application was streaky. She kept trying to convince me to get a shellac pedicure but I refused. I’m convinced that’s why she did a poor job. She literally dipped the top coat brush in the bottle once to paint 4 toes. When I spoke up she got irritated and moved me to the manicure section. It got worse from there. My finger nails were cut unevenly, gel was applied sloppy/lumpy, and the shape of some nails don’t match. I told her I wasn’t happy and want a discount and she refused. She just said she’ll make it up to me next time. There won’t be a next time! Also, she over books and then rushes her work.

TERRIBLE customer service from Tina. She always rushes, blames you for her mistakes, give you so much attitude, and (worst of all) she will always try to charge you more than the actual price. I went to her for a set that I’ve gotten before for about $35-$40. But she tried to charge me $70 which was wayyyy more than the actual price. I was insulted because my family and I have been loyal customers for years, especially for her OTHER employees. Tina is the worst person you could possibly go to. When I told her it’s not right that she overcharged me, she said she’ll give me my money back but she’s going to remove my nails. Im going to add this picture of how she “removed” them. She knows I just had a baby and she was sending me away like this. When I told her I can’t take care of my baby with my nails like this, she said “go somewhere else to remove them properly”. This experience alone says enough about her character and why you should NEVER go to her. I hope I never see her again and that she realizes that she lost a whole family of loyal customers.

Honestly, the BEST job I've ever had done and it was my first time going here. I was referred by a friend who's been going to this location for quiet some time. Kim did an amazing job. It's been over a month and other than my nails growing out, there's no chip and the nails are still intact. I won't go anywhere else. You can always tell when an experienced hand works on your nails. Job done quick and smoothly.

Ok- Follow up on my review.
I went back to do my nail again and Kim overcharged me by $10. A fill costs $30 (raised from $27). She charged me $40. I paid it because I wasn't thinking.then when I left, i called her and she says to me. "it's $35 to $45" for a fill depending on the length? What? My friend has been going there for years and has always paid $27 (now recently $30). She then said she's busy and has to go and hung up.

So disappointed.

They re-use the waxing stick. Last time I was going to get my legs waxed I saw that the wax stick had hairs on it.if you go here make sure they use a new stick

I went for my first set of nails with tina.she was very rude and ignored what i wanted.i felt like she was rushing me and the nails reflect that too.they’re all different sizes.the polish on top was streaky.would not recommend seeing her.

I loved my experience at Natural Nails. Kim did my nails and she was very thourough and took her time, making sure that they were exactly the way I wanted them to be. I'm very indecisive and she even helped me pick out a colour, while keeping my preferences in mind. However, she informed me of the price halfway through (I wanted ombré nails with a chrome accent nail) and I would've liked to know beforehand that the price would be more for what I wanted. (The ombre and chrome swatches were with the other swatches so I assumed they would be the same price).

Today I had an amazing experience at Natural Nails. The vibe in that place is very positive and happy. There were so many friendly people, and I met some loyal customers. The staff of Natural Nails carry so much professionalism. They know that their skill craft and care is worth wait. I am an artist myself and I saw art; being made. I am a loyal happy customer today, my nails look and feel so healthy and amazing, my manicure is out of this WORLDDm/! And whoever asks I'm for Natural Nails! <3: D PHOTO WITH COLOUR INFO FOR ANYONE TOO!

Very Poor Quality

I went to this place for a few months. Every time I had my nails done I had to go back the next day because they either hadn't dried and were completely messed up the next morning, or they lifted, etc. They kept making it sound like they were doing me a favour by fixing it for free. I expect to get more than 24 hrs out of a nail job. And they had no consideration for the waste of my time having to go back there every time to let them fix "their" problems. First they told me it was the polish I had chosen, too old. So I chose another polish next time, same problem. Then they told me I can't have regular polish on top of gel nails. Why not? Because they're trying to force me to pay for gel polish. Then they did shellac for free just to convince me that it was good. I tried to tell them I hate shellac, it's too soft, it peels, etc.and I want a polish that's hard. I had tried shellac many times before at another salon and hated it. Everytime I band my hand on the corner of a desk or something the polish dents and leaves a mark. But they insisted all the problems I'm having is because I'm not using shellac. So I agreed to let them do it. I was going to Florida the next week for vacation. Well got in Florida and sure enough, same thing happened, polish peeling off, too soft, not dried properly, etc. I had to get my nails redone while in Florida. This place in Florida used a hard gel polish and it's been 2.5 weeks now and my polish has not dented, smeared, scratched or anything. The brand of gel polish they used was not shellac. Shellac is garbage and salons are trying to convince most place that's it good. I won't ever go back to Natural Nails. I'm back in Toronto and will find a new place that has proper hand driers and uses a better quality gel polish.

Very nice and professional ladies! Did a great job every time! Whoever posted the low score reviews had either a bad day.or are just negative people.

The customer service was poor! I asked them for a French ombre and the lady refused to do it. She was like "I will not do it". A no for me. It was my first time here and I was so upset.

Very nice place. They do fake nails very well and your toes look so clean and there really funny and friendly. I would definitely recommend it for people who are looking for a new nail salon.

Friendly Staff and they do a thorough job on your nails.should definitely try them out for a Manicure or pedicure
