Almost applied for a job they advertised that sounded too good to be true. No sales experience to meet or quotas, all leads given, and almost 60K per year. Thank goodness I came to the reviews.

I noticed most of their reviews only have 1 review and the people that actually truly give this business only a handful of stars or less actually have multiple reviews under their belt.

The fact that this company sends out flyers about a package that's awaiting them is very sneaky and unethical. If that is how this company operates, I'm glad to not be working for them!

Also, their responses to all reviews are the same.

This company is great. The service technicians are courteous, and they are more than willing to please. Great customer service.

Probably to push a salesman to you as the very fine print reads "May be asked to participate in a product review. "
Super fishy. Also super fake looking 5 star reviews.

Misleading and false tactics. Ottawa has one of the cleanest water levels as published in their quarterly reports on the city's website.

Scam and what looks like a bunch of astroturfed 5 star reviews. They send out a fake letter claiming to have a parcel as part of their "foot in the door" technique. Spoiler, there is no parcel, just someone trying to sell you something you don't need.

Installation was fast and simple, the people I dealt with were very knowledgeable and nice. I love my water filter - I’m happy I did it.

They send unsolicited notices stating "we have a parcel for you" when in fact there is no parcel and they're just trying to get you to call and give personal information.

Either they're a scam, a data broker or have no idea how to market themselves properly.

This company appears to be running some sort of scam, mailing false delivery notifications out and claiming they are holding a package for you.

Edit: Look at this response! "We're sorry you feel that way" is the type of non-apology you would expect from a child who is being chastised. Absolutely pathetic.

They also appear to be paying for, or at least using burner accounts to falsely increase thier review score here. Sorting by new reveals a host of suspicious 5 star review all within the last hour or so.

Just for clarity, here's the original reply:

"Merrick, we are sorry that you feel that you have been misled by our marketing material. We actually have a parcel waiting for you. Please feel free to reach out to us for more information. Thank you. "

We have had Natural Purity's whole home system for over a year now and I can totally vouch for its credibility. It’s the best on the market and the most efficient system you’ll ever buy for your water purification needs.

All these five star reviews suddenly showing up as they’re being questioned and rated poorly for their “marketing” tactics, that’s not suspicious at all. Clearly a scam company.

Edit: many of those five star reviews have now disappeared so I’m sticking with scam.

SCAM ALERT! They send out a notice in your mail that says they're holding a parcel for you. IT'S A SCAM. DO NOT CALL THEM. It's like the scam delivery notices that get sent to your email.

This is especially dangerous for the elderly and new homeowners. This is who this company is looking to prey on.

These guys should have a lawsuit and consumer watch dogs hanging over them for such predatory practices.
