I got involved with this company and trust me, my thoughts about water changed instantly. Natural purity is a lifesaver. I'm currently getting trained in this great company and my trainer Terilynn (if I spelt it correctly) is very awesome, smart and a great teacher. I call her a teacher because she makes everything look very easy to understand with her beautiful smiles. She is the best. And the manager, u are the greatest; a kind-hearted man. Believe me, this company is an eye-opener and a lifesaver. The best company so far.

The company staff is kind, knowledgeable, and honest. They have a wonderful selection of high quality water filtration systems and air purification systems and will not try to sell you something that you do not need. The employees are very friendly and professional and will not try to rush through your sale or service.

Absolutely horrid customer service. The two women I spoke to were extremely unhelpful and their attitude was atrocious. I felt like I was being persecuted just for inquiring about services, they made it sound like the answers were obvious.
I finally spoke to a man who was extremely helpful and charismatic, and quite relatable.

There is nothing Natural or Pure about those two other women, however. I would advise taking your business elsewhere, someplace where they don't hire HAGS.

They genuinely care about their customers and want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase.
