Excellent men's haircut!

After several disappointing experiences at other hair dressers and barbers in the Vaughan area, I found Massimo upon the recommendation of two friends. Unlike the hipster barbershops charging exorbitant prices for a basic 15-minute haircut, Massimo takes his time and does things right. Full wash, impeccable service at the front counter, timely appointment, good conversation and skilful attention to detail. I walked away with a professional cut and a smile on my face.

Strongly recommended.

This was by far the worse experience I have ever had. I took my 6 year old to have a haircut. They have sat her in a chair with the dirty towel to wash her hair and in the process have completely ruined her dress as it got a massive discolouration (bleached out) stain all over her back (the size of my 2 palms). At 1st I thought it was just a wet spot from her hair being washed, but then after I have paid for the cut (which took 45 min, for a 6 year old), i noticed the massive stain. No one seemed to give a damn about my concern, as I had no idea what type of chemical this was and if its going to irritate my kid's skin. After pressing for some time, I finally managed to speak to the manager, who said: There is nothing I can do for you and just shrug his shoulders. So be warned, they do not take any responsibility for any damage they inflict to your personal items. They can care less about their customers or their reputation. I just hope no one ever experience any physical injuries in that place, as lack of responsibility to fix their own screw ups is astonishing. Stay away.

I always have a good experience when I am at Natural Solutions. Jasmine is excellent at Colour and I get a great wash and massage from Maryam. Everyone is very friendly and I've always been happy with my color and or blow dry and style for the times that I do that.

Please avoid this place for getting your nails done. They do the worst job and there's very little selection of colours. They charged me full price for shellac removal when I only had polish on two of my finger nails. When I made a complaint to management, they didn't even care.just wanted to take my money rather than caring about the satisfaction of their customers. What's even more ridiculous is that they charge customers for shellac removal when it's their own nail polish. Not to mention they did a terrible job with my shellac manicure and was told I had to wait an hour just for them to fix it. Extremely disappointed, I have now taken my business elsewhere.

Haven't been here in a while but I was actually pleasantly surprised with the sales service. I went to buy Opi nail polish and since I wasn't sure which one was the top coat varnish I asked the girl at the desk. She went out of her way to ask the aesthetician. And when she noticed they were out of stock of the one I needed she actually had someone from their other store in the mall walk it over to me. I just thought that it was really great sales service.

I've been a client of Jasmine here for a number of years. Jasmine is fantastic and I highly recommend her! The staff are always pleasant and helpful. They always try to accommodate my last minute appointment requests too!

Find a hairdresser that works from home the mark ups are ridiculous and the staff are mediocre gossips

Their services are excellent. Everybody is friendly and there is always a warm and welcoming feeling in this salon. I've been going to Sara for years. She's amazing and I always leave happy.

I've been using Natural Solutions Spa for over 5 years but decided not to continue using their services. The spa claims to use natural products but still uses baby powder that has a direct link to ovarian cancer and lung cancer. They claim to have a special natural line of products but they use dollar store items. I was pretty disgusted to see it. Not sure about their overall hygiene. Their staff are always in a hurry and run from one client to another. Management takes it easy and cannot provide clear answers to client's concerns.

Eyebrow threading here is a complete hit or miss. I have been here a handful of times, and sometimes they do a decent job (at a high price!), but this time is the LAST time I come here. I forget the name of the lady who did my brows this time, but I know she was an older (40s) Persian lady.and I have never been more dissatisfied with an eyebrow job before. I was so upset with the work done, I was angry for days because I spent so much time growing them out, only for this lady to ruin them. When she gave me the mirror and asked if they looked okay, I told her they were uneven and I wanted her to fix them. She literally said “they’re naturally uneven, I can’t do anything to fix it”. Seriously? That’s your job! I have never had an eyebrow lady complain about my uneven eyebrows, and all the ladies I’ve been to have been able to thread my brows and make them look almost even. This lady really cannot do her job at all. In addition to not making my brows even, she barely even plucked the ends of my brows, and they were still bushy and completely unshaped. I left the salon looking like I plucked the brows myself, not paid $14 for a professional to thread them. Worst eyebrow threading lady I have ever met. To make the whole experience even worse, the lady is so talkative and just constantly makes small talk. I don’t mind small talk if you can actually do your job properly, but this lady will give you a headache and leave your eyebrows looking half done. You may be thinking, "They're just eyebrows, its not a big deal", you're right, they'll grow back eventually. In TWO months. This place is EXPENSIVE and a complete waste of time. Very dissatisfying experience.

Avoid this place like the plague. Went in for a drop in haircut, when the person cutting my hair (think her name is jasmine) was told by the receptionist her clients were coming in she rushed me out the door while still on the chair. I kept saying that my hair wasn’t done and pointed out spots needing fixing but she argued with me that it was and she knew better. Then after I relented my hair was incomplete, she rushed the scissors at my head like Freddy Krueger without any caution for safety. If you want to be treated as a valued customer do not go here. Also, I don’t think it’s exactly safe which is something I’ve never had to worry about in a haircut until now.

Ferrari hair and it cost as much too.

My hair is stunning. It is without a doubt very well done and looks exactly like what I hoped it would, but the price was shocking and far above the quoted price range given when I booked.

After all was said and done I paid $465 (I did include a fifty dollar tip despite the price because she did do an exceptional job coloring my hair). My hair is shoulder length, fine, and hadn't been colored in a year, so nothing special that needed lots of extra time or product. I love beautiful hair but would never have spent that much had I known the final bill would be almost as much as a car payment.

If you have a large budget, most certainly book in with Melanie. But buyer beware it will cost you a pretty penny for the pretty hair.
