Sonia did a wonderful job cutting my hair. She was able to cut it just how I wanted and provided good suggestions along the way. Great service.

I got the worst haircut and colour of my life here. I went to this salon religiously prior to COVID, and my hair would have been better served by a student. I look like cruela DeVille. I'll be wearing hats for awhile.

I did a walk in on Monday morning. Was looking for a very particular cut. Jamie was my stylist and I have to say 100% the absolute best stylist I have ever been to in my life. She listened to what I want and did not try and push my in another direction like other stylists have done. Came out with the EXACT look I came in for. Will recommend and return when I need my next cut.

I booked an appointment to get my hair washed and styled for a wedding. 15 minutes after my appointment time, the stylist was not close to being finished with the client they were working on and they were definitely taking their time. I asked if anyone else could start since I was on a bit of a tight schedule. The receptionist was very kind and called the other salons in the mall. Someone there was available which was good but it was at the complete opposite end of the mall. It was about 40 minutes after my appointment time before things were getting started so it was frustrating and disappointing since I made sure to book an appointment ahead of time.

Fantastic salon.
They did a grate job, and were so sweet.

Great haircut, my stylists name was Shikha and she did a wonderful job, actually listened to what I wanted. Have found a new salon couldn't be happier.

My son got a haircut and specifically told its for his graduation and nit to make it too short but It was awful.

I got my hair cut and died my Leesha and she did such an amazing job. Definitely will stick with her to do my hair forever! She was so professional.

My daughter Emily went to Natural Solutions in the Oshawa Centre for colour correction (lift) this month. They did a horrible blotched job and charged her $300 for it! (She then had to pay to get it fixed at another salon!) If I had been with her I would have refused to pay. They should be ashamed that they charged her and let her leave like that! We were both clients there, but not anymore.

I had the privilege of getting Gina as my colorist/hair stylist. She genuinely cared about my wants and needs and executed each one of them! EXCELLENT job. I haven't been this happy with my hair in YEARS! I can't thank her enough. Thank you Gina

Always satisfied with my hair here! Pricing is fair, location is convenient, and everyone is always so nice. Recently saw Amanda and she did an excellent job cleaning up my hair and evening out my colour before the holidays!

My usual stylist was sick and when the salon called to let me know they very highly recommended a different employee to do my hair, and I made the mistake of agreeing to it. I had been growing out my natural hair colour for two years and wanted to tone the existing highlights a darker blonde shade (my usual stylist had done this before and she's AMAZING), and get a small amount of lowlights to break it up a bit. Nothing crazy. I offered to show the stylist, Kirsten, photos of my ideas and she said she did not need them as she understood what I wanted. I'm not sure why a stylist doing someone's hair for the first time wouldn't want to see pictures for reference. I left with my entire head of hair dyed the same shade of dark reddish brown-nothing like my natural shade- with no existing highlights or lowlights to be seen, it was all covered up. No dimension, no blonde, no natural brown. Even better, the prices at this place seem to mysteriously go up without notice, from $140 when I began going there three years ago, and the last time I paid $180 with my usual stylist. This time I paid $210 to have my hair butchered and when the manager called to reschedule me with Kirsten she did not mention that it would cost $30 more than my usual visits. It's always a surprise!

I called the manager after I got home and realized how bad my hair was and she asked me to come in and show her. I went back and she and another stylist agreed that my hair didn't have highlights or lowlights, and was all one colour that was darker than my natural. Her idea of fixing this was to wash my hair with lightener (which did very little) and send me off with sample sized hair products. She suggested that I book in with my regular stylist for toning and to get my blonde highlights redone. I was given no money off of this disaster of a visit and if I want to fix it I can pay $210 more to go back, I guess. It's a shame because I LOVE my usual stylist, but I don't think I'll be going back knowing that the manager won't compensate mistakes and help customers who have a bad experience. For $210 (!) I shouldn't have to worry about having my entire head dyed a different colour and having no support in fixing a mistake that the staff all agreed was not what I came in for.

Was charged $60 for a "professional" style for a wedding that looked absolutely terrible.
I had to constantly tell the girl what I wanted and how to do it even though I showed her a picture. I also asked for tight curls which she had to keep re-curling and they eventually fell out without 15 minutes of leaving. That never happens. The girl also seemed new and if I had known, I would have asked for someone with experience. I paid even though I was very unhappy. WONT be going back. DO NOT reccomend!

Ara always pays attention to detail and tries to ensure your hair style is exactly what you requested. She is very friendly and helpful.

When I arrived to my appointment 10 minutes early, the ladies at the front asked me to leave and come back. I was willing to just sit in the waiting area but felt very unwelcome. Im not even sure if they had someone booked for me because the woman doing my hair said she will do mine only because she had a cancellation. Hair dresser was quiet, polite but definitely was rushed. Ive gotten my hair done here 4 time prior to this one. I simply asked for 2 inches cut off my hair, all one length. When I got home I looked at my hair to notice how un even it is. I could not believe how many spots were missed. I will not be returning to this salon, every time its something different.

It was clear Amanda was a trainee and needs a lot more practice. I have my college graduation ceremony today and I wanted my hair washed, trimmed, and curled.
The trim is good enough, mind you it was very quick and it didnt seem like she was checking her work. At other hair salons the hair dresser always goes back a few times comparing lengths to make sure it is even especially because my hair is so long. The curling job is where I have my real issue. When she finished she immediately put hairspray in. I tried to voice a concern that I wanted the curls to start higher up as it already looked bad.she hesitany tried to touch it up but it was a lost cause. I barely got out of the mall before it fell completely flat (I have images of me still in the mall, and then me when I got home). It's been less than 2 hours since my appointment, and I have since purchased a $40 curling iron from shoppers drug mart so I could re-do it myself in what little time I have between other appointments today. I paid $50 for your services and had to pay $40 to fix them myself.

Worst hair cut I have ever got in my life. Choppy and ALL different lengths, i don’t even know how to fix this. I will definitely NEVER go here again!

I have been going to this salon for years! Rebecca is an amazing talented hair stylist who always makes me feel like a beauty queen when I leave her chair. I highly recommend this salon for anyone Male or Female they all take great care of their customers!

I got my hair done on Saturday and I am devastated. My hair was soooo long, down the middle of my back. I told the stylist not to take off the length, but to give me a TRIM and long layers. I asked for long bangs, that I could still get into a pony tail because my infant son likes to pull my hair. I had blonde in the ends of my hair that I wanted to get rid of so I asked for a color slightly darker than my natural hair color which is a chesnut brown.

My hair after seeing Mary is Short, much shorter than when I came in. Not a trim! It is so dark it looks black, which I specified I did not want to go too dark because it makes my skin look pale. Also, I have boxy bangs that are so short I can't even put them behind my ears never mind put into a pony tail.

When I described what I wanted and even showed a cpl pictures to the stylist, I thought she understood what I wanted. She even said I was playing it safe by not changing it much.
When I got home I cried. I never splurge on myself getting my hair done. I'm a new mom who desperatley needed a confidence boost, instead I feel like I'm looking at a stranger in the mirror. My hair is so drastically different my son has been playing strange with me.

After moving to Whitby and after many years of going to the same hair stylist, it was time to find another. After a few disappointments I came across Natural Solutions in Oshawa Centre. Ara has been my stylist for over 12 years now and has yet to disappoint me. A week never goes by that somebody somewhere does not comment on the cut and/or colour of my hair! Even when I am away whatever stylist I go to will comment on the skill of the cut and colour. Aimee the Manager is always welcoming and so accommodating. She even remembers just how I like my tea! I have had other stylists here when Ara has been away and they have all done a great job.
The service all around at this salon is “outstanding” from the time you walk in the door until the time you leave.
