Natural Stone City

This was the first stop on our counter shopping day, and every place after just fell short. There was no question we were going with Natural Stone City. Having never purchased a new countertop before, I was a bit nervous, but the staff were so helpful and really patient with all my questions. I loved that we got to see so many large slabs on display, and even borrow samples to better visualize it in our space. The pricing was incredibly fair and the initial estimate breakdown was very transparent. It was a great experience from start to finish and we're so happy with the countertop. Can't recommend Natural Stone City enough. Note to management: thank you for being open on Saturdays!

I have been working with Natural Stone City for over 10 years on client projects and all have come together easily and beautifully whether be quartz or granite. Most recently we did a kitchen using leathered Titanium Gold granite and I just have to say a HUGE thank you to everyone at NSC for their part. The counters, sink apron, backsplash and ledge are spectacular and everyone from Maria my sales contact to Johnny, Vas, Radu and Lotti and installation crew helped me to create this beautiful kitchen complete with one last minute piece, before my client arrived home. The attention to detail ensured the flow of the granite motion from island to counters to backsplash on the walls - truly like a piece of art. I am thrilled and so is my client.

Countertop was installed on Monday with the sink cutout incorrect (one side 3.5" from cabinet, other 1.25" from cabinet. After being a bit of a "Karen", they offered $500 or replacement. We had the replacement installed on Friday. 2x doing the plumbing plus the hassle. Stone is gorgeous but the hassle isn't worth it.

Called with a request for a small job talked to an employee they were supposed to call me back I left a message with my phone number and also talked with another employee never returned my call even to let me know they could not accommodate my request

Unbelievable customer service. We wanted to replace a sink with a larger one in our kitchen island. They came on a Thursday afternoon to remove a 4' x 9' granite slab, re-cut the sink hole and reinstalled it with a new sink THE NEXT DAY. They didn't even give me enough time to book a plumber to reconfigure the drains:). Thank you so much to Aura, Daniel and the team for turning this around so quickly!

Natural Stone City provided quartz countertops and matching backsplash for me. They did a fantastic job, more beautiful than I imagined. I highly recommend them.

NSC exceeded all my expectations. I had no idea that most places provide a free sink when you order a countertop from them. Since I had a custom vanity made (custom size) I ordered the sink when I had the vanity done. Some places (Lowe's) even refused to deal with me and their associate walked away from me when I said I wanted to use my own sink. Natural Stone City said "No problem! "
Everyone from NSC I dealt with was very professional and courteous, and it was obvious that they care about their customers. As a result, everything went without a hitch and the entire process was very smooth and stress-free. If I decide to redo my kitchen countertops I will go to NSC again.

Receptionist and another worker were not wearing masks when I came in. Receptionist allowed another customer to stand at her desk without a mask as well. This lack of enforcement of a simple, life saving and provincially mandated law resulted in me walking out. I will not be giving them my business!

Everyone who helped us was fantastic and very knowledgeable! They were even accommodating when we had an unexpected delay and had to move our templating and install dates. We really liked that their showroom had a large display that showed all the edge profiles they offer. The installers did a good job cleaning up after the install.

From selection of the countertop, to measure and to installation Natural Stone City went above and beyond.

Ordered counters from them many times in the past. This time I did a large kitchen and laundry room. The work was perfect, and they installed 5 days after measuring, even tho I decided to make a change while they were cutting my order. No surprise charges, very good to deal with.

So impressed by Natural Stone City, the management, staff and installers. We had a crack in our quartz counter (one of the smaller corner pieces) and they replaced the entire piece counter to avoid any colour mismatches. They did this without any issues to the existing back splash tile. Their customer service is beyond expectations. They are genuine and always make sure the customer is happy, and we were. Great place!

My family explored 5-6 different suppliers in Guelph, London, and Kitchener before choosing Natural Stone City for our new custom-built home in London. We had all 4 bathrooms, kitchen, and servery counters installed by them (both quartz and granite).

Our builder was very impressed with their installation; he said they were on time, very quick to install, and did not scratch or dent a single wall. One year later, all the counters are still in perfect condition.

I took my friend here recently when he was looking for new counters for his kitchen. They gave him exactly what he was looking for, and we signed the deal within 1 hour of going to the warehouse.

Overall it was a good experience hiring them to install quartz countertops for two kitchens. There were issues with one of the sink installations (water leak due to missing caulking) but they came out to fix it immediately. Products look beautiful.

6 years ago we had Natural Stone City replace our kitchen counter top. We did not hesitate to call them again to do our upstairs bathrooms. Great prices and the install team are professional and courteous. Nothing but good things to say about them!

Wow, we're blown away with how great our new countertops look! This is the place you want to go to if you're looking for countertops. Huge selection of stone (they have a warehouse in the back where you can see the full slabs - trust me, you want to see a full slab before you buy and not a sample), great prices, super high quality cuts and installation. So happy with this purchase and we cannot recommend these guys enough.

When we raised a concern about the counter top that we had selected and paid a deposit on, we were given plenty of options to make sure our issue was resolved and that we were happy with the product we were getting.

Installation went very smoothly and professionally, and we LOVE our new counter top!

Our contractor suggested we look at the granite and quartz at Natural Stone City because the selection and service was good. We were not disappointed at all. Andrea took a good deal of time with us as we brought our flooring and cabinet samples with us. We were educated on differences between granite vs quartz and chose a beautiful Monte Cristo granite. At the last minute we also decided to put the same granite counter in the powder room along with a new sink from Natural Stone City. When installation time came, the installers were able to install our granite with no seams! We were beyond happy with how flawlessly this turned out for us and have had so many compliments on our counters. Would highly recommend Natural Stone City!

We just had our kitchen countertop done by Natural Stone City and are so thrilled with them. We are a very picky customers, and this team exceeded all our expectations. The granite that we found here is amazing, I checked many places before and the selection of stone here is the best. The price here was the best and stone the most beautiful. Maria and Diana, the sales ladies, were very professional, knowledgeable and patient with all our requests, we wanted to specify the way it was cut out so the veins of the granite are in the places where we wanted. It was done just the way we wanted. The installation team was the best too, it all took less than an hour. The carried our peninsula, 900lb of granite and another piece without any problems, drilled holes for faucets beautifully, did the sealant and sink install, what ever else. What a pleasure to work with this company. Oh, they also gave us the best plumber, he was very good and gave us a very good price for the sink and faucet installation. His name is Benny, we will always hire him from now on. It was the most pleasant reno I have ever had. Thank you for making another customer super happy!

I haven't used this company but the drive did not pull over for the fire truck last night lights and sirens were going, slowed down.everyone else pulled over behind them except them kept driving.they were close to the shop too.they couldn't even stop

Just had our new countertops installed by Natural Stone City and we couldn't be happier. Johny and Andreea were terrific to deal with and were very helpful in recommending granite and layout choices. Counters were installed within days of completing the purchase. Installers were very courteous and very professional. Install went quickly and without any problems. We definitely recommend Natural Stone City.

Decent price, decent in-store service. The guy who came over to measure was very friendly and happy to come! Then 3 butchers came over to boarder line destroy the inside of my cabinet. They hacked it apart and put visible saw gouges all over it. This wasnt an Ikea special cabinet, its solid oak. They showed zero craftsmanship while installing and almost argued with me when I was questioning what on earth they were doing. Installers didn't show up with a tape measure. I complained immediately and I got a small discount, which is hardly worth my efforts now to fix the issues they created. As far as the countertop goes, they delivered fast service with a good product, I have no complaints how the product looks and fit that they made for me. I might go back for my kitchen countertops once I renovate, but they certainly will not be installing. I feel slightly screwed over from this install experience

Had a great experience picking countertops with Andreea. Measuring and installation went smoothly and on schedule (and quick). Prices were competitive. They were able to get the jumbo slab dimensions I needed that other suppliers couldn't. New showroom also has the best selection and display I saw of several shops in kw area. Couldn't have asked for more. Pics are as-installed, more pics to come when reno is complete.
