A+ customer service. My go-to FaceShop location in the GTA. Staff were super helpful, they gave me my own space to browse while also offered me advice when I had trouble deciding which products fit me best. Highly recommended if you are in the market for gifts for your love ones! Xmas is in a few months and I’ll forsure go back to do more shopping!

Helpful staff and clean store. However I am surprised to find that it no longer carried as much of the Korean brand cosmestics/skim care as it used to.if fact it just feels like yet another western brand store

YaYa was the sale who helped me. She was amazing! She spent her time with me to explain all skincares I need. I got clenaser, full skincare set and only spent 90 bucks!

Very disappointed! I have been a long time customer. Recently bought a Jeju foam scrub, it must be a bad batch as the scrub I got does not foam/lather but rather dissolves/melts once I add a bit of warm water in my hands. Contacted customer support and they said this product is not covered under their Face Shop guarantee. In store also said nothing can be done. No offer for an exchange or even a courtesy discount for a future purchase.

I had the best experience with the salesperson named Kevin today. He helped me find what I was looking for and suggested other products and we both compared it together. It was very comfortable to talk to him and he was very friendly as well. He was also very generous with the freebies and can advise very well on each of the products he’s selling to the customer. I will definitely come back to this store!

The store selling their own product, nowhere else selling it. If you have issues with products and get """ALLERGY""" they wouldn't take it back simply because you don't have a receipt. They will tell you that they not sure if you bought it from them, where else could I buy it from. Their policy of return and exchange is terrible. Spend more than $200 and more of product just wasted. The associate when they sell the product says if I """ALLERGY"""" with the product with not condition for exchange it not happening at all.
