Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Fresh fruits and vegetables are a little more expensive but all worthted.

It's just a bit pricy but good overall. Fortinos has a lot of the same organic stuff and is not as expensive

Some things are overpriced but they have so many more options for vegans than stores like fortinos and sobeys. It's nicely organized and well stocked.

Nice and clean place, friendly staff, huge variety of fresh organic produce, meat, fish and everything you'd like to feed yourself and your family.

I love this place, wonderful experience when go here ️, good food, good service, staff V.good, big food center, parking space no problem, trolley available, good location in plaza, pharmacy here, I strongly recommend

The warm food was really tasty today, I was happy to be able to enjoy it again, in addition to the wraps. Slowly getting back to normal.

Some ‘regular’ shoppers don’t wear masks there. Security says there is nothing they can do and that they get yelled at all the time by these types of customers who are ‘exempt’ or anti mask. Management says they can’t force them to wear masks. One of the shoppers had a mask under her chin the entire time. Why is this allowed? A very unsafe environment to be in. If there was a Whole Foods in Woodbridge, I would be there in a heartbeat instead of this store. The Ministry of Labour should be taking a look at this place.

Update: There is nothing reassuring about nature’s emporium’s boilerplate statement. Covid doesn’t care about an honour system and customers who follow the rules are being treated like second class customers. I’ve watched a person walk in without a mask and what i see is anyone with authority is afraid of confrontation and actually does very little. It’s shameful.

January 24,2022 - This place is TERRIBLE- I came back to get something I find hard getting in the neighbourhood and naturally there’s a woman with a mask under her chin strolling around with her cart. She was laughing and chatting with the cashier for 5 minutes. No security in sight. Nobody cares.

This place is the worst.

Talk about amazing! Upon walking in I was greeted by a kind young man named Joseph who then answered all my questions and stayed with me to help with every item I needed! He did not seem annoyed at all and seemed rather happy to help! Definitely recommend.

Added this location to Yelp. Arrived first thing in the morning and was greeted immediately from one of the stock folks. He took the time to attempt to locate a few supplements through the cavernous store. After searching through the aisles, a customer service individual approached and took the time to locate the items in no time flat. I was pleasantly surprised by the time and effort they took to assist me.

There are counter food items, many sales items, and various natural remedies to choose from. This location is in a great area and am sure it will continue to do well. Unfortunately, however, I had to remove one star for the lack of friendly service when checking out. Specifically, the cashier was speaking to the coworker for a while and when I showed I had a feeling I was interrupting. I only note this because of the recency effect that you havevsuch a pleasant experience and you instantly get a downward impression by not being greeted or being told thank you or goodbye. I was the only one in line, I said thank you very much, and collected my receipt for $85.00. I would strongly suggest taking a second to thank your customer, Christine. Otherwise, nice store!

My go to place for anything health and wellness. Not to mention the staff are always very knowledgeable about their products - no matter what section you are shopping in.

Its a place where I can get anything. Fresh and clean I buy all my vitamins and fruits vegetables so good.

Love this store but note that they do not enforce masks in their store and so it has become too dangerous a place to shop. Really unfortunate.

They let customers in the store without masks on.in the middle of the pandemic… if you care about your safety and the safety of others do NOT shop here

Honestly the only place for some supplements we take! It has a great selection of gluten free items as well.

Visited your store last week Weston and Langstaff, I love this location I shop here quite often I must say I have an issue with the lady with the red hair that works for you I'm almost sure she is the manager she is beyond rude very ignorant I don't like how she makes you feel very uncomfortable when she is around a few people I know have the same issue with her i really have no idea why she is still employed with your store she makes your store look bad i read in an earlier post someone had the same issue as me so as you can see there is a huge problem here you guys should fix the situation or at least give her some customer service training she will run some of your loyal customers away in my opinion she really is no good for your business she has no customer service experience she does not need to be helping people out or in contact with any human as she does not know how to treat or speak to others I really really love your store but i will be finding some place else to shop as i do not want to run into her other then this you have an amazing grocery store and all other staff is very friendly

Great variety produce, natural packaged goods and supplements. Very clean and organized. Currently doing social distancing, giving customers gloves and masks. Very good procedures during covid. Prices little high at times

The store is selling mostly rotted fruits - cherries and strawberry. Also the prices are misleading. I bought cherry and I realised that the price that I got charged with much higher that I expected. So I immediately turned my cart and went to customer service to return the item and I was told that they are not accepting returns and the sales are final. I DID NOT EVEN TOUCH THE BOX and I just bought it! There is no sign anywhere that the sales are final. This is ridiculous!

Awesome drop-off service directly to your vehicle during this covid pandemic. Have come here countless times to grab high-quality, organic foods.

First off, I have to say how impressed I was with not only the amazing and friendly staff at this location, but with the measurements taken to provide health and safety for not only their customers but for their staff too throughout Covid-19. This store has the best organic and vegan selections and I got everything I needed in one Curbside pickup which was a relief. I do miss shopping at this location but I am so pleased and grateful you guys are continuing to serve your community. Your expertise in nutrition and supplements always help me make the best decisions for our family. You guys really live up to your motto “Eat well, Live better” and we appreciate all the hard work you put in to every order. Thank you again for doing a great job on the frontline, stay safe!

Very clean and nice store with great products, but overpriced compared to competitors (Ambrosia) for the exact same items

Very rude staff. I place the order to pick up and nobody call me in the time slot.when I got the call end of the day manager was extremely unprofessional and unapologetic

Came here for quick lunch. Very clean interior, soup + salad + cookie all tasted good. Line up wasn't long and service is friendly.

Large, good selection. Prices comparable to other similar health food stores but not as posh as the other places - and that's a good thing.

Woodbridge Location.

Waited outside for 7 minutes. Asked to come inside and retail person asked several questions. Asked me sanitize my hands and help myself to disposable gloves and a sterilized shopping cart. So far so good.
I entered the store after all the preliminary questions Including his word of caution to social distance inside the store. Could not believe how crowed this store was. In every aisle there were people. I had anxiety. Didn’t know which way to turn. Even the workers were walking around me. So much for social distancing. And by the way, wearing a mask does not protect you from the virus.
Aisles in this store need to be widened and there needs to be less people in certain sections of the store. Solution do not let too many patrons inside.

Won’t be back to risk getting covid-19

Amazing selection on everything from fresh produce to protein powder & granola bars. Also a very delicious & more importantly healthy hot table/smoothie making table.

Health food superstore! Lots of variety, organic produce only, grass-fed meat and dairy, little cafe and take-out on site. Generally pricey though. Very helpful and nice staff!

There's a lot going on here. Have no complaints about anything really. You already know coming here the prices are higher but it's worth it on a good amount of stuff. The staff are all very approachable and I would say have good knowledge.

I walked into the store, asked a question about what would help migraines; was recommended a product; bought it and was back in my vehicle all within 7 minutes.

The store is clean, There wasnt much staff around to ask for assistance. They are a bit on the pricer side. They have an okay selection in vegan foods, however there was quite a few items I could not find and the pricing tends to be a couple bucks higher than there competitors Ambrosia. I HIGHLY recommend going to AMBROSIA! Better pricing! Better selection of Vegan items. Better customer service and better sale items, fresher produce. I have now stopped going to Nature's Emporium when I found the hidden gem Ambrosia (It's only a few minutes away from Nature's Emporium).

I waited over 10 minutes to pick up a smoothie from the juice bar. A local trainer from the adjacent gym was behind the counter without any hat or hair net, not properly dressed for a food prep area, was talking and clearly distracting the staff. I'll pass on that smoothie.let's keep non staff out of prep areas and focus on service when charging $16 for a custom beverage.

We love Natures! The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The produce is always fresh and tasty It's a great place for a quick snack or smoothie too. Our go to spot!

Nice display and organization. Very cloistered and off vibe. One of the Clerks didn’t seem to know what he was doing and didn’t care either. Other then that, okay experience.

Prices are high, selection of vegan fare is meh but often carry items that are difficult to find in stores. Parking is kind of a nightmare though.

My favorite part about this grocery store is that they label food if it's part of a diet. For example the have labels if it's keto friendly, Paleo friendly and gluten free.
