Nature's Source Health Food Store - Oakville

Fantastic service and knowledgeable staff. They had 4 of 5 products the day of purchase. Within 24 hours the owner called me to say he was able to locate a supplier and had it special ordered for me. Very thankful! I will definitely be my first choice of supplements I need.

For nearly 20 years! I have trusted Nature's Source for my supplements. I have always been pleasantly greeted & staff offer to help in any way. I have asked so many questions over the years.about sources, quality & effectiveness, their preferences and why & I have always received thoughtful & confident answers. If someone did not know something, they got back to me. Roy & I have connected the most throughout the years & he has always taken the time I have needed to discuss products & what is best for me & all my family members including my extended family as well. I always recommend him to anyone who has an interest in their supplement health. I am truly grateful for the genuine care. Thank you Roy and all staff who help in our healthcare journey.

I purchased from their online store. I had to contact the customer service team and their response was so prompt. The team went an extra mile to make things work. Issue was resolved quickly and shipping was fast. I had a very pleasant experience with them and highly recommend this store to you.

So one of the owners at this place seems to know every single item in stock that is in this store, when I asked for specific “powder supplement” I got attitude… first Mr.owner didn’t know what the supplement was that I was asking for, then as I attempted to explain it I got cut off and told they don’t carry it. There was zero attempt to look or search for the product. Giving 2 stars and not 1 out of courtesy of this place meeting bare minimum standards of an operating business and not terrible because the guy (regular employee) before Mr.owner was being more polite and respectful when speaking with me. Overall Bad customer service - why? Lack of genuine care and attention for wanting to help you or find an alternative SUBSTITUTE even. This is from the leader of the store too. I get we all have bad days, however you're the owner and you're suppose to set a good example for your employees. You're unwelcomed vibe coupled by negative attitude of demonstrating zero care & attention for the customer is not how you attract and retain customers. Good luck with your business. There are plenty of other supplement stores in the area with far better care and attention for the customer.

There was a delay in the delivery of my package, which was a problem on the delivery company's end, but Leonard, the Online Manager from Nature's Source, provided great customer service, following up with me and the delivery company until I received my order. I was also sent a complimentary gift basket after, which was really nice.

Staff was very knowledgeable to the questions I asked about specific products. Found what I was looking for.

I ordered a product from the Oakville location. My item was returned by Canada Post as the street number was not showing on the shipping information. I ordered online, so this was my error. Leonard re-shipped my item at no charge. He was very kind and very helpful and I received my product quickly. Great customer service. Thank you Leonard!

My go to store for advice for my Vitamins for a very long time. One small issue was fixed right away - very efficiently. Great customer service. Roy makes things effortless. Delivery was fast and very well packaged. Happy Customer.
