Such an amazing experience every time I come here. Sachin is knowledgeable and friendly, I always come to him for a piece of advice. I strongly recommend this location for all your supplement- and vitamin-related needs!

I had my first order on July-3/2023 and I received a little late July-10/2023 I need to call the store to make them ship as fast they can.

After that I got a call from another employee explaining and apologizing, I understood that he got a lot a orders and make my order got this delayed.

They gave some samples and discount and I will give a new change and make more order to make sure they get a excellent customer services.

I would really like to thank Sachin for guiding me for Biosil. I was suffering from hair loss and skin problems and this product has helped me through my journey. He has so much knowledge regarding health and I’m amazed with his knowledge. Looking forward for more products from you.

When I first time went there i don't know anything much about supplements but pragya guide me help me what should I buy for me and my family I can see significant change in my health. This location get's 5 stars from me for the well educated and knowledgeable staff, welcoming and positive atmosphere, and overall great experience. I've been going to the store for more than a decade and have noticed significant and positive change in the past few years; staff provide great advice and service, always a hello when you walk in, staff know their products and the store manager is authentic, amazing, and just really cares. I've moved a bit further from the location, but I travel to this specific store for the service, advice, and experience.

The Mississauga store and its team of knowledgeable and caring practitioners and staff treat customers needs with hard to find compassion and utmost integrity and care. They always go beyond the line of duty to serve their customers!

When I read the very few complaints I can only see lack of understanding. If you call the store and they don’t answer is because they are serving customers. The customer in the store should always be serve first and that’s what Pragya and her team do very well every day!

Nature’s Source, Mississauga is a versatile store where the staff is educated, well-informed, and always has a welcoming smile. Pragya, the store manager, is amazing and proficient. She has expertise in resolving every customer’s health concerns. She is a precious treasure to Nature’s Source and I always get the right advice from her regarding my health issues.

I have been here a few times over the past decade, and the staff here is always helpful. If they do not have the specific product you are looking for, they are helpful in finding alternatives that they do have in stock.

They have a wide range of herbal and homeopathic products and the usual protein powders etc…

Have always loved this location, but the lack of face coverings on the staff during this pandemic has made me rethink my shopping choices. Shields can always be worn in place of masks. No consideration to the safety of others.

Despite the attentive service I was very uncomfortable with the masks being worn by staff. Ineffective is putting it mildly. The masks worn were plastic and did not firmly fit over their nose and mouth. They sit over their face without a seal allowing air droplets to easily pass in and out. These have zero protection for the wearer or customer. I left feeling really unsafe and also upset that a store proposing to promote health would put their customers, many of whom are treating health conditions, at risk.

The staff is very knowledgeable and approachable. They made it easy to find the right products for myself.

The customer service at this location is outstanding. They answered all of my questions which made me feel well informed as I left the store. Their prices and product selection is great compared to other health food stores that I have visited. Definitely my go to health store!

Why can’t Nature’s Source do their part for the community? Employees are not wearing masks & mingling with staff maskless beyond the plexiglass counters. The staff here are putting high risk individuals - like my Grandpa who shops here - at risk. If you’re walking, talking and able to work - you are NOT exempt, you are selfish. Call 311 to report this business like I have.

My parents started shopping here over 20 years ago, and now I do. It's been a staple for not just my family but this community. From the product selections to the knowledgable staff, Nature's Source is the best place for your health. Best part is we still get served by the owner after all these years.

The associates DO NOT wear masks or practice social distancing. This is my second time seeing this in the store. I was astonished to observe Mary - May 9th 1: 30pm serving guests without a mask on the floor. Nature Source promotes literal health and wellness. You are letting everyone in this community down. People who shop here are health-minded people & should consider shopping elsewhere if you have concern for your health. We are a year + into this pandemic and this is shameful.

I am very satisfied with the service. The staff is excellent and treats everyone with great respect. The rules are followed very strictly for the safety of customers. I recommend everyone to buy supplements from this store.

I am a high risk individual and went in here to get essentials and was appalled that no masks were worn by staff, even when they were on sales floor and interacting with customers. The staff were NOT physically distancing from the customers and were not wearing a face shield either. I understand that one individual might be exempt but there is no excuse for hanging the mask around your neck and not wearing it on your face. Won’t be returning here with my business again. Its clear they don’t take Covid seriously and I won’t risk my life by visiting their establishment again.

Their website states that masks are mandatory for shoppers and also "staff wear masks". One staff member never wears a mask, not even a visor. I understand that some are exempt due to a health condition however, this is a Health Food store that people shop in to get well or stay well and allowing this sales person to work without any face covering as she goes from person to person without even physical distancing is disturbing to me. Good selection of product but in my opinion not a safe shopping environment.

I'm super happy with the product selection quality and customer service offered by the staff. Both friendly and knowledgeable in terms of the supplement I was looking for they made shopping easy & Doing the right thing on all levels by offering hassle free shopping for people unable to wear the masks is great and very appreciated even though I wear one, seeing people stimatized never sat well with me. I was given this location's information to purchase a few supplements from my ND. As I entered the store I was greeted by Natasha and Chris. They were SO professional and were so pleasant. They both helped me find exactly what I needed and listened to my concerns.

I will not be going to any other store to purchase my supplements. I would highly recommend anyone looking for kind and knowledgeable staff, to go to this location for Nature's Source. You will not be disappointed.

Great store for herbal supplements. Staff is really helpful and knowledgable. It is on the costly side but equivalent to other stores like this.
