The pickup service was fast and the staff was professional. However, the pizza was overly salty and the wings could have been better and larger for the price. There's room for improvement in taste and portion size.

Truly wow, this place is so delicious and affordable compared to other pizza places. Glad I found a place like this!

When I felt hungry in Whitby I searched for best pizza and found Novona pizzeria is the best in Whitby then I went their Byron street south and ordered for a pizza and wings which was the best pizza and wings I ever had in my whole life.

I ordered a panzoratti with bacon and pineapple and the lady does some fake math and says okay $20 flat.tap your card. I paused for a second and asked how much toppings were.she replied with $1. The panzo says $6.50 for basic. When she finally got caught, she hands the machine over and the machine asks how much you want to tip. Previously it was ready to tap your card for $20. If that wasn't enough, the panzo had no cheese in it. I will be warning their walk in customers of their shady scams. Unbelievably disgusting. You tried to steal from the wrong customer.

Just really mediocre.sauce was okay, cheese was way too light, the dough was bland.i guess in relation to other places i’ve tried in whitby, it makes sense why this place has so many stars, but that doesn’t mean it’s worth the money to buy here over getting a freezer pizza from the grocery store

This is the first time I had ordered here. I usually make my own pizza from scratch however today I did not have the time and was running late so I thought I would try local. The pizza came at the time that was suppose to come. The pizza had the right amount of toppings. I would not say it was heaping with topping but enough to say it was there. The toppings were fresh as should be. The only issue I have and this is why I am only giving 3 star rating is THE SAUCE. The sauce is very plain tomato sauce. No herbs, no spices = NO TASTE. I would order again however I would sprinkle a little oregano and basil over the entire pizza before hand just to give it that much needed extra flavor. Other than the sauce it was a good pizza. I would say its as good as what I usually make.

This pizza is very good! I like their crust, so fresh and crisp on outside and perfectly soft and fluffy on the inside.

This was a great pizza place but when I went to order my usual they no longer deliver to my area and can now no longer get it.

1 star for decreasing delivery coverage and not increasing it!

Locally owned.owner tries hard. The topping are relatively expensive. Pizza is not always consistent especially when ordering double up toppings like mushrooms. Pizza is tasty!

We ordered for the first time last night, we were so impressed! I have the pickiest family and there was something for everyone. The delivery was faster than they told us, the delivery driver was very personable and sweet, even asked about our dogs. Most importantly the pizza! It was cooked so to perfection, even a little crispy! The toppings were very nice, the boys were impressed by the strips of bacon. We have our new pizza place for sure, thanks so much!

Been a few years since ive had pizza from here. Quality has gone way down hill. Pizza was extremely mediocre and the wings were horrible

Been here many times and have tried many other pizza places around Durham. Consistently come back for their walk-in special and it never disappoints.

Not sure why you open at 11am and don't even have slices cooking at 11: 30. Already missing the original owners! Nothing ever stays the same it only gets worse when people get into a business they aren't good at!

Since my friend Gus sold the place to new owner, it's a shady place, owner uses a calculater to ring up your bill, overchages taxes, and doesn't ring it through the cash register as the till is always half open. Asked for a receipt owner got really annoyed and I asked for my money back and it turned into a screaming match, will never go back there again this guy is a thief who will be talking to revenue Canada really soon

They make a truly awesome white pizza (no tomato sauce) and if you ask for thin Crust you actually get it.

Pizza and wings were great. Staff were very friendly when I picked it up. Skip the Caesar salad though.

The best Pizza around! The owners were there one evening when we first went there. We were suddenly somewhere other than Whitby, but we were in downtown Whitby. Small-town pizza that could be anywhere in the world. Does that make sense to you? MMMM GOOD!

Just had Navona pizza take out for the first time tonight and I can honestly say it's one of the best pizzas I have ever had. It was cooked to perfection, tasted amazing, and was reasonably priced. Give this downtown pizzeria a try.you won't be disappointed!

It's a little Mom and Pop shop so family-owned-and-operated and they have some of the best pizza in town that I have ever tasted. We've been going here for years. Basically if you like pizza at all you need to try these guys.

Ordered for kid's birthday party. Pizza was good, well baked and fresh ingredients. Everyone happy and ate a lot. First time I ordered here, it was Labour Day Monday and most places were closed. These guys were really busy. But staff was nevertheless polite and attentive. Will order again with confidence. Thanks to Navona Pizzeria.

I have been searching for my favorite pizza place since moving to the area and this is it. They have the BEST pizza and everyone was so friendly and kind. Your reputation precedes you, in the very best way.

My family orders from many pizza establishments but this is always our go to pizza store. The staff is so friendly and the pizza is always a cut above.to the ingredients, to the sauce, and the homemade dough. Never a disappointment!

I loved this place, but the last 3 times I went the owner's weren't there and the service was mediocre to say the least! Got the wrong pizza, gave me credit next time however I was called a liar in not so many words when I went back for my credit!
At first I thought the owners were on vacation now I'm beginning to wonder ; (I really hope they didn't sell to the people that were there when I have been.if so, won't be going back there again.

I found this place while staying at a hotel in Whitby. I drive from the Oshawa / Courtice border to this pizzaria in Whitby when I want a realy good pizza. Its worth the drive to Whitby.

Just ordered our first pizza from Navona and it was absolutely delicious. Besides having a super friendly staff, the pizza was promised in 15 minutes and delivered in 12 minutes. Five stars for super service and the most delicious pizza

I have ordered from here several times before and it was alright. Last night we ordered 2 pies and it was horrible! A total of 4 pieces got eaten between 3 hungry adults.

The pizza is okay. The sauce has no flavour at all. All I taste is acidic tomatoes sauce. I ordered chicken and mushroom and they put very little chicken. I will not be ordering again. It took 20 minutes for my pizza to be made.

This place is awesome. I came here with a friend and the food is amazing. The staff is very friend and welcoming. I recommend for lunch.

Friendly and great to serve you I love mom and pop business there even considering what I had to say, 2nd time ordering pizza and wings have me free wings the second time, BUT they oven cook there wings to the bare minimum they are almost raw, fat slimy uncooked wings, SORRY but need deep fryers or cook longer the pizza absolutely amazing will continue to order from here and try new things mom&pop keep trucking you guys are alright fix those wings please
