Travis made the drive to Huntsville to perform a site visit within a few days of my inquirey. Prices was given prior to insopection and porice remained the same. Installation was a few days later and both guys did an amazing job. Professional and high quality. First electric lift I bought from Naylors was in 1995.

Where do I start? ! Travis and the team at Naylor Systems are all Outstanding! I used there service to add on to my existing dock and most recently for a boat lift for my new pontoon boat. Travis is the epitome of exceptional customer service! He is kind, professional, courteous, responsive, on the ball, organized, etc. The list goes on and on. If I text him or leave a message he responds within 1 minute flat! It's so hard to find companies that put there customers first. Refreshing to say the least. Naylor Systems was recommended to us by Tim, who built our boathouse. Tim had an excellent experience with Naylor systems with one of his previous customers. From first contact to completion of the install, it was an exceptional experience. These guys are the real deal, they are pros and they know their business. They are well organized, they pay attention to detail, they give you straight advice - they don't try and "sell" you on what they think you want to hear. They were on time for every appointment they made, they verified measurements after the boathouse construction was complete, prior to fabrication of the lift hardware. I had a very tight installation schedule followed by winterizing of the boats - they showed up and installed when they said they would. The install team was professional and they provided excellent training and advice. In terms of the quality of the lifts and the functioning capability - I am very, very happy with them. I told Travis that I would be happy to be a reference for them - I'm available to speak to anyone that is considering installing boat lifts and I welcome anyone to come and see how they look and how they operate. I had a Naylor Systems marine railway installed last fall. It has been a disaster from the get go. If you like mechano sets as a kid, you will like this cheap system. They say there 4000lb railway can handle a 4000 lb boat. This is not the case as the rails bent up to 6 inches from the weight of my 3400lb boat. Also the cable cut into the cross beams by ¼ of an inch and needed to be replaced after 6 lifts. I met with Trevor Naylor at the boat show in January and he reassured me that he would come out in the spring to see my system, as he felt it was faulty. When I contacted him in the spring, he said to talk to my installer. I told him I just wanted someone to look at it for a second opinion. He would not help in any way. My installer finally installed more supports every 5 feet instead of 10 feet and that seems to have helped a bit with the bending. I have noticed the rails do not stay together and rise and lower at the joints as the nuts keep loosening with the weight of the boat riding over the bending rails. I have tightened them several times and even used a sledge hammer on my ratchet to get them extra tight. They still loosen off. My installer came by and installed new nuts, bolts, washers and lock washers and torqued them to the max the bolts would hold at 130 ft/lbs. I have tried calling Naylor and even left voice messages but no one will write or call me back. They just turned there back on me. I am very disappointed with the product and the support from them and would go to anyone else to get a railway system to be put in.

Customer service is top notch! I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I have an older A24 lift that needed some wear parts replaced due to many, many years of use and they went above and beyond to help me out.

Bought a used lift from Jen and I am more than impressed with the service provided. We had Naylor deliver and set up the lift. They made sure that all items were in working condition and made several trips to ensure this.
The delivery/installers were very professional and knowledgeable!
Jen kept in contact with me throughout the sale and right to the finished product.

I just purchased a Dock from Travis at Naylor. Travis was excellent to deal with from start to finish. I highly recommend Naylor for a new dock. They clearly care about their customers and their price was better then the competitors.

The motors are a proprietary items only available through Naylor and are triple the cost of a reliable standard motor. Mine had a very short life. The system to clamp post to the sea wall is a poor and cheep design that forces the bolts onto an angel therefore causing stress and failure in just a week or two.the controls on both units failed in under 2 seasons. The rubberised section that the jet ski rests on is to short and left the metal bunker exposed to scratch the hull of the boat.

Great customer service from Travis & team! Travis was very responsive & I bought a used electric lift that Naylor delivered on time as promised. A few weeks later when I had a problem with the main cable, Travis sent someone to the cottage the next day who replaced the cable & checked in with me both before & after the work was done. Impressive especially given it's the busy summer season. Even though it was a used lift, Naylor replaced the cable free of charge based on the relationship we built during the sale.
