Very disappointed with Joseph Neals' response when asked to take on a simple undertaking of entering a variation on a court order concerning my personal change in circumstances. I was told he's "retiring in June this year and there are other Lawyers out there". When I asked if another Lawyer in the firm could handle my request I was told that "it didn't go so well in the past" so basically the answer was no. I have had many experiences both in Family court and real estate transactions and never had a problem. I will never contact this firm again based on Josephs response to me. He was short and curt with me, a client for many.years. Very disappointing

Called to ask advice over an estate matter, was forwarded to Mr. Maras voicemail. Not even an attempt to call me back!
