Neat Cannabis Company (Neighborhood Dispensary)

Saw the store and thought i would check it out, i have been using cannibis for several years for pain and sleep, im alsoin a wheelchair, there is no accessable door button, and a small step, the step not really being such a big deal, if i could get in but its not possible. When i called i was told they dont know when or if a accessable door button will be installed. Not sure if i will tey again in the future

I have been a regular customer since near opening. Neat stands out to me as the best and most consistent experience I have had, after trying near every cannabis shop in the downtown area. The variety of top shelf flower is always consistent and the staff are knowledgeable and very adept at customer service and product knowledge. Loyalty program is a bonus.

The staff is very rude and uses racial slur towards customers. Me and my friend were chucked out of the shop when one of us forgot the id and was ready to wait outside. The staff said they will not serve us and kicked us out of the shop using rude remarks and racial slurs.

The staff should be trained to be more professional rather than just abusing people and pushing them out of the store and assuming they can ban people being only an employee. If people follow rules and are trying to understand the process your staff shouldn’t act all rude and disrespectful towards customers.

Amazing service. The guy with the black hair who looks like Jeff Martin greeted me with a warm, welcoming smile. I wasn't sure about the price but with a smile like that I will be back. (he also told me they price match!)

I used the Neat Vape Pen. AWESOMENESS!
THC oil cartridge was around $40, which is a good price. The vape gives one, volt control, for better vape temps.

Best place to go if you need quality bud. Great staff here as well. New review on top of old one. I went in today with my dad and brother to buy quality bud and the guy denied me because I lost my I'd' so I waited outside and mined I'm 25 years old and then they denied my dad as well and told hime that he can't sell to him cause he's gunna give me some bud and it was just ridiculous I even showed the guy in front the paper from service Canada showing that my I'd is on the way in the mail but still was a complete jerk. Used to be a nice place to buy bud. Not anymore this is why I don't buy bud at local despenseries anymore because the people who run it are just plan old jerks enough said.

First time showing at the location on Oxford Street London. The ambiance and energy inside the shop, is truely a welcoming and calming feeling and feels like an escape to nature by just being there. The staff, I can't remember the young man's name, but was very friendly, well informed about the products and can carry out a healthy conversation! Definitely won't be my last time shopping there!

Great people working here! Very nice.but be careful buying on sale. Some products on sale are dated back to 2020! Very very dry. And 30% off isn’t worth that, most places have 30% off sales all the time on new products. But good place otherwise!

I am a huge fan of Neat Cannabis Company! I have consistenly found the staff to be welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to do business with. It is a beautiful locally owned & operated shop. Even though I don't smoke pot anymore it is my go to place to buy gifts for family & friends. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place, I’ve went there most because of convenience to my place - however, I think they have discrepancy issues because a couple of times I made a purchase and the product was nor there so I had to get a refund…. The budender also did nor offer me a receipt at all, and because I paid cash, I was unsure about how much I was charged or if I got a proper refund back… she was kind, however I was really disappointed I wasn’t offered a receipt after the refund to confirm how much I was owed.

What a warm welcome that I receive when stepping in the store. Very knowledgeable staff with great recommendations! Clean and inviting atmosphere with a variety of great products. I was quoted best price in town and I will definitely be back to try the Lavender Diesel as was recommended I highly recommend this store to be your place for a convenient and lasting experience. By far my favorite place to shop. Not only are the staff perfectly friendly but also very knowledgeable about their products. I always have a wonderful experience and look forward to picking up new products weekly. If you haven't stopped in yet make sure to do so because the beautiful decor alone would be enough to make you keep coming back. Great people, great prices and great products.

Very knowledgeable staff, one of the best shop atmospheres I have personally seen yet. People trying different forms of marijuana for the first time will be in good hands here. At no fault of the store i think the biggest downside for me is still how Ontario prices bud but it seems that may be improving which will hopefully make it more sensible for a broader audience in the future.
