Really bad customer service. The information counter is not considerate enough to facilitate you properly as they get fixated on a point.

I cant believe the size of this place. It just keeps on going. Great for kids. Great for adults bowling and drinks

We had a birthday party here recently on a busy Saturday and the experience was amazing. The staff were so helpful and kind when I had questions and requests, I just can't appreciate them enough. We will book again for sure!

The go carts are gone!
They put mini put instead.
Still fun but the gocarts were the reason we came.

Great fun for the family, it does get really busy so I can understand the stress the workers are under and do appreciate the hard work. BUT, when a reservation is made they need to start honoring it. I was there with a party of 4 and my friend had made reservations the day before, they said they had no record and we'd have to pay again. Thankfully it got resolved but just maybe have a bit better look at things.

I had my four-year-olds party not realizing how fast this place truly is! The great thing about this place is that they have one whole section dedicated to kids fun entertainment play land, slides, tables for cakes and refreshments. Then the other side is a whole, I guess you can say, is a great teenager to adult fun area!

Wonderful place for family to have a fun. Staff is very polite. Price is very reasonable. It is super specious and clean place. My kids really enjoyed in games section and go-kart.

Our birthday boy had a blast at Neb's for his 7th birthday. Quite a challenge though to have a big group coming as Neb's does not provide a party host/organizer but with their very good deals/packages, it was worth it. It was fun for all adults and kids as the venue is huge and aside from the play centre, adults had fun at the bowling alleys and arcade. I would highly recommend this place for parties or get togethers. I am most especially happy with the owner of the place, Mr. Tom England who without hesitation offered to accommodate us again in the future for the guests who did not turn up at my kid's party. That was really kind and generous of him. More power to you and God bless!

It was a very nice experience, the prices weren't to expensive, the food was, but it was nice to bowl and then spend $20 to play a bunch of games and get a few prizes, my 5 year old loved it!

We took our 7 year old and 4 year old grandchildren to NEB's Fun World today, and it was great! We started with the playground, then go-karts, some arcade games and rides, lunch from their café, and ended the day with an hour of 5 pin bowling.
The kids loved every minute of it. The entire facility was spotlessly clean, and all the staff were very cheerful, friendly and helpful.
Probably the best indoor children's activity centre of any we've ever seen. We would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to keep some children busy and active for the better part of the day.
It's also a family owned and operated business for over 80 years. That's a rare thing these days, and worth supporting. Five out of five gold stars.

Really living up to the "Fun World" aspect. What an amazing transformation. Have been here many times pre-panny but was recently there and was quite impressed with how open and bright it is. Money well invested in making it a real family place.

Huge facility. Clean. Lots of different activities. My son and his hockey team (all 10yrs old) loved it.

So much fun! Their pricing is super fair and they have a great drink selection. Cosmic bowl is awesome if you're in need of a fun night out on the weekend.

My memory of it made it feel lile it wouldn't still hold up today, but they've done a big renovation recently it seems and its very nice. Very big so you don't have to worry about not getting a lane. Prices are pretty good, too.

My kid loves coming here and with the new Reno’s there so much space to be distant.
The place is clean all the time so it’s nice to see that.

It's very nice place for everyone especially kids and who likes bowlings. They have restaurant with bar inside in it and we can book for parties. However the the food is not that much good.

We have been coming here for years, we always have so much fun for an affordable price! Our 3 year old loves their rides and play place!

I love the open space/ bright concept, They have everything here, they even have washing station in the games area for kids/adults. We stopped going to other places and started coming here as they have everything from bowling, go carts, video games, and more! It’s for the whole family!

Awesome place for all ages! Friendly staff is always willing to assist! The new building looks amazing can't wait to see future updates! King Kong VR game was my favourite arcade game so far. So many amazing attractions like VR and dark ride! Gotta check this place out!

15/10. Wow… what a beautiful upgrade. Nebs is nothing like it used to be. I’m happy to see that since Covid, they have taken cleaning protocols a lot more serious so everything is sanitized when your done. Seats, tables, bowling balls, shoes! I love it. Makes me feel like I’m in a safe environment. Also, Make sure you have your vaccine passport ready when you walk in! The worlds a different place now.

Unvaccinated adults can't go in but you can pack 100+ kids under 11 that dont wash there hands or know much about cleanliness

Was just here for the 1st time since the renovations. And honestly it was much better before they renovated it there's still things to do and the bowling is fine and they have some good arcade games but visually visually the place looks like absolute garbage compared to how it used to look. In my opinion this whole renovation was a complete waste of time and money

I want to thank the 2 young lads working at the go-kart section around 8: 10pm Sep 25,2021. My 8 year old special needs child lives going to Nebs, we always bring him every week. But this time around, he tried the Go-kart and he was absolutely thrilled!

At first my son is very hesistqnt and do not want to do it even though i encouraged him, The two young lads advocated for him and encouraged him to try it on his own as he is tall enough to do it. That level of patience is just amazing!

To the management of NEBS, thank you for hiring such wonderful staff! The level of emphathy and genuine care that they have shown towards my son is just awe inspiring! I just felt bad that i never get the chance to ask for their names, I was so happy seeing my son enjoying his new found adventure.

For the two young lads who made sure that everyone is safe while doing the go kart and for giving my son a wonderful experience, thank you so much! I enjoyed it myself too! The world needs more of you two-!

Had my son's 7th Birthday Party here. The birthday package prices were reasonable and easy to book. They were quick to answer any inquiries I had via email. We had so much fun. Lots to do. We did bowling.adults did 10 pin and kids did 5 pin, side by side, very accommodating. After bowling, our table was reserved and the food was ready. After we went to the ride side. The downside, the GO karts had a bit of a wait. We wanted to try the other rides but there were no workers to let us on. I wonder if they were short staffed due to covid. There was a lot to do at the arcade to keep the kids busy. The facilities and bathrooms were very clean. Staff were very friendly! Definitely, recommend and we will be back!

Nebs is a great place for kids and adults alike. I have bowled 5 pin all my life great lanes. Can bowl 5 and 10 pin great arcade very clean great food and bar. Recommend to anyone the staff are friendly and willing to help.

Staff is friendly and Always willing to help when i I go there with my friend who is in a wheelchair.

I would expect better combo packages, last time packages has good amount of money on card for arcades as well.
Please make a package for bowling + arcades + rides.

Enjoyed my birthday there place wasn't crowded at all, they respectively displayed covid 19 precautions and successfully kept social distance between my group and others. Food was tasteful for what it is, they are an entertainment center and not a restaurant but they do have good food. The arcade is nice, controlled and uncrowded I unfortunately didn't see anyone sanitizing the arcade but otherwise they were pretty good with it.

Much larger then we thought from photos! Glow bowling, massive arcade, huge play area for kids. Really had a blast here. Clean.

Such a wonderful place for all ages, prices are decent and popcorn/coffee price&size are suitable for any budget. The biggest indoor playground I ever visited in Ontario with such good structure, multiple levels and kids get to move /exercise well. Plenty of things to do, if only the other attractions « cars » were opened it would’ve been a blast. The place is clean, well maintained, washing stations and water refill available. Will certainly come again, no complaints:)

Great place for a date and I just went there after things reopened after covid and its well maintained and cleaned thoroughly after each time slot! Definitely recommended!

First time here and omg it’s just great. There’s a mix of moderately new stuff and 90’s nostalgia. It’s super nice inside. Service was great. They were really fit for these covid times and the booking process was super easy. Really liked the scheduling partly because it’s cleaner and not crazy busy. Drinks were really on point and they have premium ice which I very much appreciate.

Alround great place. Perfect bowling lanes and always something new being worked on. With good protocols everything is running smoothly and worth booking a time

Fabulous entertainment complex. They are building amazing new and exciting rides and entertainment. It is a very safe place during Covid to go throw a couple of games of bowling. They have worked hard to make it a safe place to bowl. Go out and support your local business. 5 stars

Great place but make sure you have some $$ in your pocket if you go with kids. Its a bit pricey

Staff was friendly, not overly crowded, I felt very safe with my 5 yrs old as all the COVID-19 protocols were prevalent.

My daughter and I went Dec 31. We had just finished our first game of bowling and she asked to play again. I went to the counter to add a second game (her first time ever bowling) and the woman behind the counter days their "New Year's Eve" event had started and the prices would have been much higher then the regular $5/game.
Their event started at 2pm and I was at the counter at 2: 01
My daughter was upset she couldn't play a second game as I wasn't going to pay their "event" prices.
I understand having a event and higher prices, but I was already playing and was 1 min after the event started. There was no one waiting to use my lane.
As much fun as we had with the other stuff, I won't be going back any time soon.

Toddler prices for the play area are way to expensive. Took my daughter there had to pay almost 10 bucks for 10 mins.shes 1 years old.way cheaper options out there.

My kids love it here. 20 bucks each for arcade.rides and bowling usually good for 2-3 hrs of activity. Pretty good deal. However the grumpy old lady at the counter wasnt very fun at all.and the arcade games hit and miss with the swipe card system credits dont last very long either

Bowling is the main activity.servjce is quick and friendly.family atmosphere, arcade is well organized with excellent variety. Food is reasonably priced and setved quickly by friendly staff. Party room spacious and separate from other bowlers. Alcohol is avsilable. Ovetsll a good clean fun time place.

Lots of things for the kids to do. My kids are too young to enjoy all the attractions and rides but they loved the indoor playground. We went through the arcade, didn't go bowling and my kids were too small for the Himalaya, Drop Zone, Go-Carts etc. I think children 4 years old and up would be able to have the full experience at NEB's Fun World.

4/5 because it is kind of pricey but I had so much fun here with my boyfriend and his little brother. Great place for a fun date or just taking your siblings out. LOVE the arcade and the go karting! Definitely will pay another visit soon.

Normally this place is good, but today they have increased the prices, to double the normal price, this place is only supported by local residence, and this is how they pay back to community by increasing prices! Some families are not able to afford. For a bag of popcorn and 4 hats you get 1 hour bulling for 75$ normally $30.shame on you.

As someone who worked in a bowling alley, I know how painful they can be to maintain, but at Neb's all the lanes are relatively new, no ball jams or problems, and given how much there is to do at the place the bowling doesn't get overcrowded. Gokarts are a blast, and there's a couple rides and an arcade for the kids.

It's okay. I originally thought it would have more entertaining activities for adults, but it's really geared towards 5-15 Year old kids. A lot of the place felt grungy, but probably because of the lighting. Interesting observation here, I've never seen such a critically important safety disclaimer poster that had so many grammatical errors. It was sad that it was on public display. It was so bad, I actually had a hard time making sense of some of the sentences. The poster is in the entrance to the go karts. It was clearly written by a person that didn't pay attention in elementary school.

Love it we go every year for my daughters birthday but this year i was not happy we were on the go carts and one of my daughters guest she invited had gotten hit and hit the wall now at that very point all the carts should of automatically turned off but they did not and because they didn't two more carts totally smashed into her hard (not purposely) it was totally unavoidable i was one of them my brakes totally failed and i hurt my already injured back. The damage that was done to her though was awful the poor girl was so hurt she started bawling her knee was smashed and had to have a brace and crutches for two weeks. What makes matters even worse was the fact that nebs had no one run to her aid didn't call for an ambulance we had to carry her out ourselves and didn't even call me back after leaving several messages i have gone 13 years and have spent over a bare minimum of 300 each year but after i see the way they treat their guest in a time of need I'm very disappointed and will not be going back

Celebrated my son's birthday here. Everyone had a great time. Would be nice if they had fountain drinks so we don't have to spend $2-3 per drink, for adults. Would also be nice if they had a staff dedicated to each party. We always had to leave our guests to go to the desk when we needed something.

NEBs fun world, what a place. When I was younger it was just a super hard core bowling alley, now it's a super hard core bowling alley, an arcade colloseum, and playground for kids. Great space

I love the go carts so much fun. Pretty fast for an indoor area a love the glow in the dark bowling. Food is a little expensive. Loved the nerf battle field wonder why they took it out. Have not been there in a while the arcade was ok.

Amusement is ok. Rides work well enough for then to be enjoyable.
We had the pizza. It is straight from the freezer. MaCain frozen pizza.
Seems clean. Bigger then it may look from the outside.
Would go again

Had a great double date night here! It was clean and the music was great, keeping us going in the lane. The only thing we found odd was we got there at around 945 or 10 but had to wait while they cleaned up for an hour so we could only bowl for an hour. I didn't get that. That seems like such a waste when the cleaning should be done after hours, not when willing patrons are coming in to have a good time. I would recommend that management check their policy on clean up time. It was a good thing they had a bar and sitting space open or else we would have just left and went to the other bowling alley in Oshawa. Apart from that piece, it was a great time with good people.

Good place to go 5-Pin Bowling and play some games. My friends and I like to come here and play in the arcade, unfortunately a lot of the games are either older and run down or for younger kids. There are a few good games for teenagers and the amusement centre is great for all ages. Go Karting here is fun, just wish the karts were a little faster for older people and the track was a little longer. Overall a good place to unwind any time of the year.

Lots to see and do at Neb's these days. The new play structure is great for a wide range of kids. It's another great place for kids to burn off some extra energy on a rainy day. There's also food, bowling, arcade games, a go-kart track and some other rides.

We had Birthday party for kids. All was good and a lot of fun, but you can't to bring your owner food and drinks. You have 2 prices of pizza and 1 drink for each child from party package. Extra food and drinks to expensive.

To be completely honest, I come here to play Pump It Up. They have they the best kept and well maintained machine on the east end of Toronto and I love that about this place. I haven't gone bowling here since I was a kid but the facilities look really nice and everyone looks to be having a good time when I visit.
