Good service, helpful staff. Doing their best to maintain stock in these difficult times

Wanted to keep my business local and when I relocated my retail store last month on the recommendation of my electrician I purchased two cases of LED bulbs from Nedco! Three weeks later I now realize I have a surplus of bulbs and asked the manager Rick if I could return them for a refund? He said and I quote we don’t take things back it would have to come out of my pocket so NO! So now I’m stuck with a case and a half of lightbulbs that I will probably never ever use not impressed so much for keeping it local buyer beware!

I went into the store to purchase a bulb that I was told needed a special bulb to my touch lamp lighting! I brought in a sample of the light and ended up with a light that was no different than a regular light and said it's on the house. If it didn't work.no loss for me and to my surprise it did work. Koodos to my sales rep and I will not only come back for all my needs. I will tell everyone about this store. I am new to Barrie and just love the honesty. Thank you again
