I've been shopping here for nearly 20 years and have seen the staff grow and change throughout the years, moving from the front counter to inside sales and service.

I've always been treated with respect, and when discussing pricing, they have always been forthcoming and transparent.

When it comes to prices.you get what you pay for. You can not compare premium brands with entry-level products.

I've had my ups and downs here during covid prices, staffing shortages etc. But the one thing that never changed is the owner willing to speak and resolve any issues you have often on the spot. Simply have to ask to speak with him!

These guys value your business and will fight for it.

Joshua was incredibly helpful and understanding for this first time buyer like me. He helped me pick up the correct panel, took the time to interpret my weird non-electrical requirements into the right products. Was caring enough to deal with the fact that I lost a receipt (though I will never do that again). Shout out to Otis as well for being a sounding board and help. See you all soon I am sure.

For everyone saying that the service is bad here, I completely disagree. The counter guys are great and the contact my company uses for sales is great as well. This supplier deals with some of the largest contractors in the city. They have hands down the best price on wire. Lighting is more expensive here, but guess what, you get what you pay for. This place like all suppliers is set up for contractors, there's a reason they aren't open late or on weekends. Anyone in the trade knows that typically there is no one stop shop for electrical, some things need to be ordered, and some things they don't offer or stock. All in all Nedco is among my top suppliers to shop at

Prices are very high compared to other suppliers, and the waiting time to get help is also more than expected.

This place is a complete joke. I went to the counter and I was served by a tall big guy with a cap, long hair and a beared. This place is slower than the federal government, he must be unionized, I've never seen anyone walk as slow as him. It seemed as if he didn't even care to serve me, I was warned by other contractors not to go there. STAY away. This guy couldn't even find anything in the warehouse, do yourself a favor and go someplace else. I heard their service is so horrible that they have lost many contracts, including the city.

I regularly visit Nedco and their staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I sometimes see customers give the staff a hard time but i think the customer forgets that THEY ARE THE ELECTRICIAN. They problably make twice as much money as the lads at the counter who are not the trained electricians. They are just the parts guys and they do a good job at it. So stop acting like they should be responsible for specing out half your project lol.

Prices are crazy high unless you are a contractor with an account. Also selection isn't great, they really aren't keeping up with other suppliers in the city. I went in for some potlights today, they were twice the price of other suppliers and only had 2 (yes you read that right, TWO) different lights to choose from. Unless you're in a jamb, go somewhere else.

The staff offer excellent customer service and they have a great selection of products, carrying lots of the major brands electricians use. The store entrance is just up a few steps. Display area is well organized and clean. Check them out.
