TIM is a shining star for this company! He has always provided exceptional customer service - he is approachable, friendly and always calls me when the parts have arrived.

After ordering a large amount of supplies from Tim at the StCatharines Nedco location I realized I made a mistake in my quantities after picking up my order. Tim’s customer service was outstanding and my mistakes were rectified immediately without any headaches or questions asked. Thanks Tim. Really appreciate all of your help, you made my first experience with Nedco a positive one and we’ll be continue ordering all of our supplies with you.

The gentleman at Nedco St Catherine’s have been amazing supporting a large institutional project we’ve been working on locally. Brad and Phil have gone above and beyond sourcing product and material for me and also assisting our client to help meet very tight deadlines.

Absolutely terrible customer service when I visited today. Thankfully there was an amazing customer who clearly was an electrician and went above and beyond and helped me out. Guy working behind the counter was honestly a joke as a customer service rep. Definately will be taking my business to Gerrie Electric as recommended in some reviews.
