If you are looking for the cheapest, you maybe able to find one which is a little bit cheaper than them. But Need a Bin are on-time for drop off and pick up. Also pretty patient and friendly on the phone. For me I do not throw garbage everyday. All I am looking for is someone who is promising, honest and do the job for a reasonable price.

Price gouging. Tried to charge me 60$ cancelation fee literally 5 minutes after a complication. The charges are way higher than any other bin company. Call someone else.

Finally a disposal bin rental company that I can trust. Prices are fair and they are upfront with their cost. Rented a 10 yard garbage bin which was delivered the same day. The driver was very helpful and place the bin exactly where I wanted it. I would definitely recommend Need a Bin.

At a time when our family is dealing with a sudden death, it was nice to meet Steve and share a joyful conversation as we examined the best location for the bin placement.

Even the original phone call with the office staff was pleasant and very informative. They took the time to explain their process and the regulatory scheme they are adhering too.

Most of all they were and are down to earth good people. Able to share a joke and offer to do more for you, in your time of need. It was my first time renting a bin and the customer service was phenomenal. Very professional and I plan on using them for my shop on a month to month basis. Drop off and pick up was basically same day service which was great. Great business to rent from.

I rented a 20 yard bin for a basement demolition. The initial phone call was quick, friendly, and efficient. I was able to get a bin on short notice. No damage to my driveway, exactly where I wanted it. Pick up was scheduled during the first phone call and the bin was gone when I got home from work that day.

Invoice/receipt was provided by email shortly after order was placed and when the bin was picked up.

Prices are pretty much universal for short term bin rentals and disposals, but based on my experience with this company, I would use them again for their service and honesty (total bin weight was around what I expected).

Dumpster rental 20 yard bin
Needed a bin to provide a us with a dumpster rental for our rental property. Need a Bin were great! Very friendly, quick and easy. Their service was right on. I had a few extra request and some questions on what size we should get and how it all worked and they responded very quickly and made sure we were taken care of. They asked where they would like the bin on my drive and even used special wood to protect our driveway. Best of all the bins were nice and clean and their truck wasn't those heavy big trucks that dip the driveways. I highly recommend Need a Bin everytime!
