I recently had work done on my outboard and even though the end result wasn't the best (not much you can do with old motors) the service I experienced was outstanding. Cam treated me more than fair and Jason? The tech walked me through all the details of the work performed and helped me to fully understand what needed to be done. I would have no apprehension going back for more service as I found the company to be very honest and the technicians very well trained.

Bought my first SeaRay from John Cowan. Delivered on time, answered my questions & took care of all my concerns. Family vibe. Honest & heavily invested in customer service. I service & store at Needhams too. Experienced Service department. Hollie at front desk is intelligent & quick to help. Great team. Recommend to all levels of boaters.

Purchased a unicorn pool floaty 2 years ago and it’s still in amazing shape. The staff and service were amazing, I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. Would definitely refer family and friends there if they were ever in the market for a boat or water/boating related products!

Boating is all about being safe on the water. In my 11 years with Needham's Marine which include purchase, storage and maintenance, I have experienced exemplary service and attention to detail from helpful, knowledgeable and efficient staff. An email on Monday detailing a new problem or squeak (perceived or otherwise), is addressed if possible by the following boating weekend. Kudos for a job well done!

Needham's Marine consistently delivers excellent customer service. I have purchased a boat at Needham's as well as have them service my current boat. The mechanics (Mike and Jamie) are very knowledgeable and very accommodating. I was over a hundred miles away with my boat on a family vacation and the service department (Mike) spent time with me on the phone to help troubleshoot the issue. Hollie is also very friendly and knowledgeable with service coordination and with special parts orders. Although they service many brands of boats, their knowledge of Sea Ray boats is incredible.
