NEFF designed my kitchen and it is stunning. However, after the install, I decided I wanted drawer dividers in the cutlery drawer. They sent the dividers, but they didn’t fit snugly in the drawer. I then contacted NEFF and spoke with Anthony. He was so patient and so kind and he took the time to explain to me the many options available me. In the final analysis, he sent me wood slats with the same finish as my dividers and they worked beautifully. Now I have the built-in look I wanted.

I recently purchased Neff cabinets for my kitchen remodel, and I couldn't be happier with the sleek design and high-quality materials. They exceeded my expectations. It was a pleasure working with NEFF. Highly recommended! Thank you Anthony and team.

We have 20 year old Neff cabinets (still in beautiful shape - solid construction is holding up well!), and after years and years of constant use, one of the lift mechanisms on a cabinet door failed. That particular mechanism was discontinued years ago, but Anthony at Neff helped us find the perfect replacement for it! He went above and beyond to help us and always kept us apprised of the process, providing information in a timely manner. We sincerely appreciate his knowledge about these products, his diligence and his outstanding work ethic. We hope we don't have to replace any more parts, but if we do, we know that our experience with Neff will be convenient and pleasant!

We have a 22 year old Neff Kitchen and needed some new panels for an appliance replacement. From the first contact and throughout, Anthony was an excellent resource and always responded quickly.

My husband and I built our home 10 years ago in Bermuda and during that time we visited Toronto Canada and came across a beautiful kitchen line called NEFF. When we got back to Bermuda we were introduced to a kitchen designer and we were so happy to know that she knew all about NEFF and we ordered two Neff Kitchens, one for our main house and the other for our apartment. Since which our apartment needed new slides for our trash can drawer and unfortunately the business in Bermuda that we dealt with went out of business. I still had all my brochures in reference to NEFF and called the number and left a message. The very next day I got a call from Mr. Anthony Marugan-Wyatt who asked me to send a picture of what I needed and the rest was history. Anthony was so professional and it was a pleasure to deal with him. He was so easy to communicate with. Anthony you were a Blessing. Keep up the good work.

NEFF makes outstanding cabinets. Highest quality construction and engineering. Anthony Marugan-Wyatt was outstanding. He was willing to put in whatever hours necessary to make our project a success. We had a couple of mistakes which needed correcting. Anthony and his management team took full responsibility and immediately fixed the problem. Their project management and commitment to a schedule was exemplary. I would definitely work with NEFF again. Thank you Anthony.

I have a ten year old Neff Kitchen that still looks brand new. I contacted the service department because after all this time a couple of the door hinges were not functioning properly. I thought i would have to wait forever for this small repair but that was incorrect. Dani, Nathan and the team took care of it quickly, efficiently and pleasantly. It is refreshing to know that a company still cares about their customers after so much time. I highly recommend Neff Beautiful living.

NEFF has excellent customer service. They had quick turnaround and the custom made cabinet door they made for us is great quality. Their team was instrumental in helping us decide size and color and it turned out beautifully!

I’m writing this review to recommend Neff to anyone that needs to customize high quality kitchens and built-in millwork.
Neff has performed exceptionally throughout the process, from concept to installation, working closely with our design team and construction crew on site. Neff's innate abilities, knowledge of details and professional approach has made them one of the best in the industry and very pleasant to work with. Well done Neff and especially Petru Dinu.

Our company was asked to supply wine racking for an urgent project, requiring expensive, overnight shipping. The order was processed quickly and shipped same day with next day delivery. Approximately one month later, they disputed the credit card charge and claimed it was an unauthorized transaction. Multiple attempts to follow up with Neff Living were unsuccessful both by email and phone and we are without payment to this day.
