It says online that they open at 9AM. It says on their building, open at 9AM. I waited there from 9 to 9: 30 and no one was there. Be on time! You just lost my business forever.

The owner of this franchise is one of the kindest and most caring business owners out there. I have a tendency of being fairly rough with my vape and my phones due to the amount of athletic activity I regularly engage in. I've smashed the glass tube on my Vaporesso Luxe 220 three times. Each time, I've gone to this location and she fixes it with a smile and a sense of humor. Moreover, she talks to you as an equal. She understands the value of a face to face interaction and she clearly has the drive and passion to be an excellent representative of her brand. Keep up the amazing work.

Always greeting nicely with a warm welcome. Always seeing a friendly face. Extremely nice people who always help you out with any and every question you have as well as explaining on anything you need explained. Great juice choices and salt nic too as well as mods, Tanks, Coils, Juul, Pods, Batteries and Chargers. And if your the type that likes engaging in conversation then this is your best pick of places.

Great staff; I purchased 3 bottles for $15. They always have deals, and defiantly try the Fruity Pebbles.

Its okay. The flavours they sell are not my favorite. I wish they had a loyalty program. Their house brand is better quality than some other house brands I've had but still not the greatest. You can sample the juices before purchase but that's pretty normal anywhere you go. I stopped going because I don't like the flavour selection that much. I prefer caramel type flavours and last time I was there they didn't have much in that kind of flavour to choose from. Its probably a better place for those who enjoy fruitier flavours

I've gone twice now and both times I was given the impression that I was interrupting the guy from doing something he would rather be doing.
I wasn't impressed that you can't test vape a flavour if "it's not set up". I guess I'm so used to a vape shop that will gladly set me up to try what I'd like to. Because of Nekkid Monk I now have a golden rule of juice. If you can't test vape it first, don't buy it!
Pretty sad given that both times I went I was the only customer there and still was given crappy service. I won't waste my time or money where I am not deemed worthy of any effort whatsoever by staff. Bye!

New to this all myself and Nekkid Monk is my first experience with vape. I honestly was expecting to walk into a dark gloomy porn type atmosphere with some creepy dudes tugging themselves in the back isles. I have no idea why I had this image haha.

Anyway I walked in like a complete noon and Bill was there with I assume his wife. The place was clean and smelled amazing!

I had no clue what I was doing and they took the time to explain everything to me and helped me choose the best mod for my intentions.

I went back again and met Elijah who was just as helpful. They all seem to know what they are talking about and I appreciate they were not the type to push any sale. They did not bash a single other company or brand when I asked. They simply explained pros and cons. That's something extremely important when you talk to someone new to something like myself.

Thrilled to see a new vape shop open in my area I originally went to check out prices/flavours and have a look around. The owner, Bill, has to be one of the nicest, most knowledgeable people I've ever met and is always willing to answer whatever questions you might have. Oh, and then there's the juice. Every time this guy tells me to try a new juice, even if it's not my preferred kind of flavour, I am mind blown at the accuracy and smoothness of the juice. Absolutely 5/5 stars and I'll keep going back even if just to chat with the owner. Definitely worth checking out at $15 a bottle (after tax) which was also a big selling point for me.
