Staff seem really great, it's good to see a happy team and smiling faces when I go in.

I’ve been purchasing commercial appliances from Nella for years now, it has always been my preferred store to go, I’ve visited several of their locations and they have always been helpful specially at the queen location.
Nella on Ellesmere on the other hand has the worst sales people and even worse customer service if not existent at all, I went there looking to buy new appliances for my store when a sales representative named MAC approached to is doing what sellers do everything was fine until it was time to pay, we were told that shipping would be $150 dollars for a drop off, if we wanted to have the appliance brought in the store it would cost double the price even if the appliance just goes in the main floor, literally double to price just to cross the door, it must be something new because I’ve never heard of that before and I buy a lot of stuff from Nella, i learned after they do it due guarantee issues so they can protect themselves which I find silly because we are already paying a delivery fee.
So I paid for the drop off because the freezer was going on the main floor so I didn’t want to pay $150 extra just to them to push the freezer through the door.
The sales rep MAC gave me a time and day of delivery (Monday morning, I made the purchase on Thursday) I made arrangements to move things around in the store to place the freezer where it would go having in mind I would open store later so I can organize and put everything back in place to open but MAC just texted me “confirming” a delivery for the next day (Tuesday) I texted back telling him my delivery was supposed to be that morning (this texts took place in the afternoon assuming maybe they were still in their way), he texted back saying “o yeah there was a delay sorry” not caring about any trouble this caused me, I had product delivered that was going in that freezer, I had moved everything around expecting the drop off, now the freezer wasn’t there and I opened my store late for nothing loosing money and customers, now I have to wait for 2 more days so I called him to complain, it was like talking to a a child saying he never promised the time of delivery and offering a deliver 2 days after that when I already had product that was supposed to be in that freezer, I tried getting my money back so I could buy the freezer somewhere else because I really needed it to put the product I already had in the store but they didn’t want to give me refund saying that they had to talk to their manager, of course the manager wasn’t in the store (I guess hasn’t been since then becasue no one has called me yet)
I had to throw some stuff that I couldn’t put in that freezer because I couldn’t get my money back to buy it somewhere else and had to wait for the freezer for 2 more days, it arrived today and oh surprise freezer is scratched and damaged! I texted MAC but he’s been ignoring me.
This is worst customer service I’ve ever experienced they don’t care about anything else but the sell, they are nice until you pay, after that they don’t care what happens to the product they are selling or the person they are selling to, they are rude when you have a complaint and don’t even try to fix the problems they cause to you.

Opening a Restaurant! Come and visit Nella and you will get everything required to open and operate a restaurant. Great service too.

These guys sold us a defective grill. Took it out the box and wasn’t working to start with. Very frustrating experience and I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you want a headache. Too quick to help us purchase and take our hard earned money but not quick enough to help us solve our problems. NEVER BUY BIG PURCHASES FROM NELLA!

Sold us defective griddle and sales rep (Mac) said that we should’ve spent little more and get a expensive one even tho when he was selling it to us. He didn’t mention that he is brand new griddle that we bought from them won’t work although we bought warranty and griddle still can’t be fixed. They never call you back when they promise you that they will do.spent over 10K dollars on this place. Never again. Scammers

I’m in that store today and around 4.30 pm and I ask the young grill for a washroom then I hear the oldest woman work in the cashier said no then I told her I want to paying staff but I need to use the washroom first because I’m coming from 2 hours drive and she start speaking £€¥€£ in her language …
for me now I never ever come back again in this company because it’s happen to on North York location but that time I didn’t make any reviews for him but now all the staf it’s has bad experience and services

I would like to share my experience at Nella Ellesmere location. Firstly the staff there is very friendly and I was warmly greeted by the cashiers at the front and I told them about the thing I was looking for and they got me in touch with the sales guy named Rai and he helped me get the right thing. I went there to buy the meat processor and Rai provided me with the options and helped me make the right choice according to my needs. Rai you are the best and looking forward to do more business with you. Thanks Nella

I walked in the store and I was waiting for over 30 min and not a single person even acknowledged me or even came to ask if I needed any help. I then I decided to walk to the front of the store by the cash and still no one has acknowledged that I was standing or if I needed help. 2 customers came in after me an asian and a south asian customer and both were greeted right away. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced in the past. I do not know how they are in business and I hope that everyone who reads this review to be aware that you might be ignored by them. Lots of other options available and they are not the only company that has these types of equipment. Beyond disgusted with such poor non-existent service.

I bought a brand new cake refrigerator 3 months ago. It never worked. I notified the company to send someone to repair it three times and it still couldn't be used. Now the sales manager recommended another more expensive machine, and I must pay the difference before you can take it away, even I’m not sure it can be work. In addition, another large refrigerator is leaking, Is this reasonable? Still waiting for a solution. It is not recommended to buy any goods in this company, I can't trust this company again.

I got the best salesman Rai for my kitchen equipment needs. He is the best sales person at ellesmere location and he helped me get the best equipment according to my business requirements. Customer service not honest. Refurbished machines sold as new. Often defective. Then lure customer to upgrade to more expensive model.

I bought two brand new refrigerators from Nella! One of cooler is leaking water now and another one is never working until my store grand opening in July! I called the company want to change another one. Sales manager told me the Nella policy is ‘no refund and no change’ I don’t agree the unreasonable policy but I have no choose!
Service technician came my store three times and never fix it! After a month negotiation the Nella let me upgrade another one and I have to pay $300 more first then make a change!
I doubt the never working cooler is a demo one or second hand because there are no box, no guarantee certificate, no user’s instructions! Therefore, I insist have a test in my store. If working good then I will pay but the manager refused my suggestion! How can I trust Nella again? If the new delivery cooler has problem again! How ca I do? Return it? Change another one? Waiting for repair and waiting for parts? I bought a brand new broken cooler for almost four months! I am a businessman and losing money without the cooler!

As a restaurant owner, i regret to purchase my equipment from a company that is full of lies. We purchased over $70,000 worth of equipment and had the worst experience ever. All their equipment is cheap quality it has been only 6 months and we had issues with most of their products. They don’t even look after you once it breaks down. They promise you alot of things at the beginning with their warrany and all that, but everything is a lie. It is a shame for a big company to cheat their customers.

Jamie who works here was extremely knowledgeable, efficient & helpful. I had a list of products I needed and he was able to check stock and offer alternatives for items they didn't have at their location. He put everything aside for me for curbside pickup and it was an overall great experience!

We bought 2 refrigerators and 1 freezer from Nella. The first day they deliverd it we turned on the freezer. It was heating up. After a month our refrigerator stopped working and the temperature was going to 27 C. When we bought the units the sales representative told me. It has 5 years parts and labor warranty and anything happens to the units call us directly. When we contacted nella they advised us to Call another company. They came and fixed the unit right after a week it broke down again. They came again to fix it and it still has the same issue. We had to waste alot of products couple times because of the refrigerator not working. I don’t recommend buy anything from Nella because they lack professionalism and has the cheapest kitchen equipment in north America.
