Ordered a textbook for a class that was dropped. Based on tracking provided by Nelson, order had not been shipped and was still in processing days after ordering. Attempted to contact via phone and email multiple times to CANCEL ORDER as the textbook was no longer needed. They did not respond and sent the textbook anyways. Still have not heard back from them and am being routed through to voicemail when attempting to call for refund. Do not order from this company as they have zero customer support but will gladly take your money with no issues.

I ordered the wrong book for a class that I did not need. I contacted customer support and they said I could return it if I paid for my own shipping. Ok I shipped it back almost two months ago now, and have not received my refund. Every time I call they say they are processing returns, and basically tell me to be patient. I'm pretty sure it has been lost, and they aren't going to refund me (who is a struggling university student). Really says a lot about the company itself.if you can order elsewhere do it. Wish I had just cut my losses and never paid to ship the book back.

Its is a great tool for education. Helps a lot for preparing for exams. This weekend I had complications on purchasing a book, and was expecting the assistance. But, looks like they do not have 24/7 assistance like they said. Anyways, today on Monday, I got my refund of the wrong purchased book, and got a help to purchase the right one.
