Great doctor's office, I have a great doctor that listens to what I have to say. Full service site for pretty much any issue you may have. Also if your a patient you can just walk in and any of their doctors will see you, so you don't have to wait for your doctor if it's urgent. Good community location. Plus a Pharmacy right in the same building so easy to get your medications.

Absolutely horrible experience! Avoid at all costs!

I waited over 2 hrs to have an MTO form completed, by my so-called Doc, just to in the end be disrespected by a doctor whose EGO is bigger than their Brain!

They also wanted to charge me $50! By the end I had enough and called him the Mr.he is because he is no Dr.to me. Told them to discharge me immediately, now I am looking for a proper physician to be my doctor.

Went to my Endocrinologist who is absolutely amazing who did the form at NO COST.

Avoid at all costs!

Simply the best team and medical care available in Sudbury. We have been very fortunate to have been with Dr Dhatt for +18 years and the care she shows and time that she takes is really amazing in this day and age. Very grateful for NEOMO and their dedicated staff.

Walk in clinic is terrible. Brought my son at early signs of ear infection. They forgot all about his allergy to a certain drug and prescribed that even after I had reminded him. When the pharmacist tried to get ahold of them after multiple faxes and calls, no response. His ear infection got way worse because of all the waiting. Ended up taking him to a different clinic who sorted us out in an hour. I will no longer chose this clinic.

Everytime i walk in this place I have a really bad time. The receptionist has never not been beyond rude. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

So far no complaints, this clinic took our family on when my son was born and we have used the services uncountable times in just a short period. Friendly staff, knowledgeable professionals, short wait times make this centre for us, really incredible. Keep it up!

I tried calling but the one answer the phones they’re still open till 745 but nobody wants to answer the phones so much for having a clinic that’s there to help their clients thank you Mike G for you’re tardy staff

We have had the best medical experience ever in our lives with NEOMO. Best clinic setup. We have had to use the walk-in clinic many times and almost every time we were seen in our car. Love the 7 day a week walk in. We have never had to go to another walk-in since we started here and avoided several trips to the emergency department because we were seen at the clinic very quickly.
Wonderful staff! Our physician, Dr. P. Chenard is knowledgeable, kind and very caring. The other physicians are great. We have gotten to know the Physician Assistants, Amanda and Drew, very well and their care and expertise is excellent. We have been treated well by all the staff.
Because we are seniors, good medical care is essential to us. NEOMO is 5 stars. Thank you for your care.

Absolutely love this medical office. The doctors, nurses and reception staff are all amazing as well as the pharmacy staff. It’s always quick, I love that they have a walk in clinic and are available 7 days a week!

Terrible. When you are able to get through to the receptionist they are no help what so ever. Cancelled my appt but did not tell me until I got to the clinic. This is my first experience with them and a new doctor and they did not make a good first impression.

I love the way they operate. They have same day appointments, walk-in clinic for all patients, team of 6-8 doctors, pharmacy, covid testing, pain management, etc.

Every dealing I've ever had with NEOMO is a struggle. From appointments to COVID, you spend HOURS on hold to speak to someone only to find out they can't find your paperwork when you finally do get though. "Someone will call you back today" usually means in a few days (even a week) which is a peach when you're trying to be cleared to return to work. I've lost more work days waiting on NEOMO to file paperwork than I've spent off for any other reason.

I get it. It's crazy in the medical field right now because of everything going on, but for the amount they charge the public (let alone what they're contracts are for with their piles of corporate clients) for even just a Covid test, hire more staff.

Lost my requisition TWICE (Aug 27, and Nov 5). I've been waiting 4 months for an MRI appointment and the hospitals never had my requisition to begin with.
Completely disoragnized - not to mention you literally can not speak to the receptionist without having to wait MINIMUM 20 minutes just to get through on the phone.
It's a shame because Dr. Poulin is great. I wish she would leave this horror show of a practice. I will definitley be looking elsewhere for a physician.
I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I have never had such a hard time with a clinic then I do with Neomo. One of many examples that has taken place in the last year: I found out I was expecting so I called Neomo, they set me up with blood work ultrasound and said they would refer me to my OBGYN. Great! I did that. I go back for a follow up after the blood work and ultrasound only to be given the same paperwork to go do blood work and ultrasound. What? I just did all this. "Oh. " they said. They come back with "we need you to do blood work again to check this one thing we didn't check last time. ". Fine, and the referral has gone through to my OBGYN? Yep? Great. WEEKS later Neomo calls me, they have a question, who is my OBGYN? EXCUSE ME!? This whole saga started in mid August, it is now mid October. I am 14 weeks pregnant and a referral has still NOT gone through. I have done what was expecting of me as a patient, but they can't follow through on their end with something so simple. You should hear about my stress test story I did back in June. Still waiting for the results. Or when they made an appointment for my infant only to tell me once I got there they had cancelled it but didn't bother to call me. Completely unorganized, I have to follow up with them every single time, it's almost never a good experience.

Any patient at NEOMO should be Thankful too be part of this Medical Centre.

Having the options of Their drive through clinic if you cannot wait to see your Family Physician is amazing.

I would like to thank the Physican on duty that evaluated my condition as well as the medical staff that came out to give me my needle While l waited in the car.

I've only been once and to get my foot looked at after injuring it at work, but the staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, as well as informative!
Very good treatment here, as well as the decor and design of the place itself is definitely the nicest I've seen at a clinic!
They also do covid testing here.
I'd definitely recommend this clinic over majority of others in Sudbury.

Dealing with NEOMO has been an absolute NIGHTMARE. My fiancée has to get different tests done in order to get her nursing placement at Cambrian. She started this is August, and it still isn't completed!
She wanted to make an appointment to get things rolling - this took almost a month of emailing with no responses, and phone calls with the "we'll get a nurse to call you later" excuse.
She had to get blood test done (as part of placement requirements) - no problem. Went to LifeLabs, they do the tests and send results to NEOMO. This was 3 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything!
She had to get a TB test (again, as part of placement requirements). Sent her to get a secondary chest x-ray because the reading "looked positive" (she had NTM as an infant). Got the chest x-ray. Again, no response back, and when she tries to call, she's met with the same "a nurse will call you later" excuse.
We later find out, they hadn't even made her a file until recently, when she has been dealing with them for months!
At this point, I'm not holding out much hope that things will get completed before her deadline of handing in her paperwork. This will cause her to miss her placement, and a year of schooling. You have set her back a full year in her studies, all because you either can't pass along messages, or just can't be bothered to call patients back with results and paperwork needed to advance in their schooling. I don't know how many people you've done this to, but thank you very much NEOMO, you've really outdone yourself. I hope I never have to deal with you.

Dr. Mckay is the only reason I stay with Neomo. Reception is beyond rude every time I call. One of the receptionists working is especially rude and condescending. The hold times when calling in are insanely long, only to then be rushed off the phone with little to no help.

This morning in particular I waited an hour and ten minutes, only to be spoken down to and rushed without my questions being answered.

It takes FOREVER to get through on the phone, I have waited an hour and then have the office manager be very rude to me.
I have Dr. Callaghan as my physician, and tell you that if it wasn’t for him my husband and I would have left neomo long ago.
I hate the clinic if I have a family Dr I want to see my family Dr.
The other day I tried to call dr. Callaghan who usually takes my calls within a day or two. The receptionist I wouldn’t be able to talk to him she said she couldn’t even tell me if he was working that day, this has never happened before.
So frustrating

Getting through on the phone is a nightmare. Every time I call, it happens at least once that I wait 30+ minutes and make it to first in line just to have the line go busy or hang up. Usually it happens a couple times and I wind up waiting up to 3 hours to finally get through.
I’ve seen a couple doctors and most are great, Dr. Callaghan and Dr. Presello especially.

They lost my files, and tried to make me wait a month for my prescription; the people who work here simply do not care.
