Sam provided excellent service in reasonable time. Andrei installed the windows efficiently and with a dedication to perfection.

We recently had most of our windows replaced by Nepean Doors and Windows. Sam the owner is very friendly and responsive. Although we only got one other estimate, his price fell within our budget and because of his good reviews, we decided to give him our business. The installation was done within the promised timeline and the installation was quick and professional. We had one small issue that was an error from the window manufacturer. Sam came and took a look, contacted the manufacturer who sent their representative. It's now in the process of being rectified. We are happy with the response from Sam and the window manufacturer (DEL Windows). The windows seem well made and operate effortlessly. We would do business with Sam and DEL again. Thanks Sam!

No pressure during the sales process. Friendly installers. We are really happy with the new larger windows in the basement and main floor. Let’s in a ton of light, and it’s much warmer in the basement too. We will be calling Sam again when it’s time to replace the front door. It’s nice to do business with a local small business owner.

Sam and his team are very professional. From quote to installation, they are very helpful thru the whole process The two installers were thorough and worked very hard. I have 3 new windows with triple glazed glass installed in addition to a double glazed glass replacement. Sam gave me a very reasonable price.

I'm most impressed with their post installation service. A day after installation, I noticed a hairline scratch/crack on the double glazed glass unit. When I reached out to Sam, he came to my house on the same day, took a video and promised to have it replaced as soon as possible. I'm absolutely amazed by the quick response.

We had 2 entry doors installed, both look and function great, it's really improved the curb appeal of our home. The doors took 11 weeks to arrive after ordering, just as we were told. Installers were on time, polite, and knew what they were doing. Would highly recommend again.

Changing a whole household window is a huge project. Our old wooden windows were 30 years old and not energy efficient at all, thus really needed a replacement. I was very anxious to get the job done but very nervous at the same time since it would be a real construction and a big expense.

I am glad that I called Nepean Doors & Windows. The owner, Sam, came right away, explained patiently to me how changing windows works and gave me good advice on his first visit. He is very hardworking, warm-hearted and open to discussions of any concerns. I finally have 26 windows and one patio door replaced in 5 business day just before the 3 day 32 °C heat wave. The new windows look very nice, they keep out much of the noise and heat, and the cost is so reasonable.

I am now applying for the government’s Greener Homes Grant. Thanks to Sam, for spending his time in providing the auditor a very detailed invoice for the evaluation.

We ordered a sliding patio door early last fall, and due to covid the order was delayed into winter. The door is great, the price was great, the installers were great, Sam is very responsive. Overall, no complaints, very happy with the service, and I would go back.

I talked with Sam Crupi about replacing a single window in my home that was malfunctioning. After sending pictures and dimensions via email Sam provided a quotation and informed me that normally they need 8-10 weeks for delivery but could do it in 6-8 weeks. True to his word 6 weeks later the window was ready. The installer, Andrei, who did the installation single handed seemed very experienced, was very careful, methodical and professional. Overall I am very pleased with the service and would call on them again in the future.

The service before the purchase and the follow-up that you did after the installation was impressive. I would like to acknowledge and thank you for how accommodating you were when I ran into an unexpected financial hiccup right after placing my order and the lengths you went to, to make this doable/affordable for me.

The installer was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I was present when he did the installation and he was meticulously accurate with the fitting of the door and took special care to protect my floors followed by a thorough clean up.

Would NEVER recommend. Owner demanded 50% of the cost up front before any work was done. We received a quote in July, and he stated the windows would be ready to install in October. We didn't get them installed until late December (in the middle of winter) after hassling him constantly. ALOT of no shows for both Sam and Installer crew. 8 separate incidents in which I took off work to be home and nobody showed. Installers threw out some of our security system contacts and snipped some of the wires when replacing the patio door, I had to get the security company to come reinstall this for an extra 300$. Sam's crew also destroyed my backdoor doorbell, which is nonexistent now. At one point Sam stated he didn't want to make the custom window that goes above the patio door, contrary to what our contract has stated. Job was very messy and unprofessionally done (missed caulking, caulking not smooth, missing caps for holes around trim). He had all the excuses in the world. We are a young couple, and feel we were taken advantage of. Do not seek his services.

I work in real estate, so I only want to do business with people I would refer to my clients, and Sam Crupi and Nepean Doors and Windows is the kind of company I can confidently put my name behind. The door we custom ordered is gorgeous, professionally installed, and even showed up a month earlier than expected. Sam educated us about door quality and construction, and did not put any pressure on us to buy. Communication was excellent, his prices were very reasonable- only a smidge higher for a 100% custom, higher quality product than the "quick select" builder grade model that I had looked at from another large supplier- (who couldn't even be bothered to call me back after the initial meeting btw.) 100% recommended!

I met Sam just after we moved into our new 38 year old house. The master bathroom window was just hanging on its hinges. When I called Sam, he was here that afternoon. He secured the window, took measurements and placed the order. We had three windows replaced.
