Like everything in Nepean the Complex is top shelf. Very well looked after, clean and inviting

Staff are friendly and helpful, they describe all the programmes they offer, we enrolled and they gave us our cards within minutes.

Nice and clean. Very well managed.
Went to play badminton. Costs $4.50 per person per hr which is very reasonable.

Vaccine clinic closed today, very frustrating as people need to plan on being sick for the days after receiving the vaccine

Loved getting my second vaccine here. Just wonderful! Get vaccinated folks. Seriously, stop hesitating and get your vaccine.

Great community facility, it has everything for youth to adult, lots of parking, older building but clean.

Seems like a really neat place. I don't know what or didn't really get to explore it at all because I was only there for my covid shot. It was an excellent place to get a Corvette truck and I would go back again except I've been there twice and that's all the shots they're giving right now.

It wasn't set up for people who are almost deaf and can't hear and pick up from loud speakers. Couldn't hear people when they talked to me. Had to have someone with me who can hear. City hall was much better for deaf people.

Friendly staff who were able to accomodate my phobia of needles. In and out in 20 minutes flat, extremely impressed.

Went for Covid vaccination - poor organization and was told they didn't have the vaccine I wanted in stock. Should we at least not choose what we want to put into our bodies?

Got vaccinated from here, good place for sports activities too, has good access to transportation and parking.

If you're getting your vaccine at the Curling Rink portion, they ask that you stay in your car until the loudspeaker calls your appointment time. The speaker actually provides a decent reproduction of a human voice and should generally be understandable for most.

The rest of the process is very smooth with many people to guide you and lots of space. They ask that you have your appointment confirmation at the door to ensure you are at the correct location and they use your health card three times during the visit. Check in, for the shot and then to check out after the 15 minute wait time.

I assume the process is similar for the other site at the sportsplex.

The Vaccination team did a phenomenal job. Anyone who doesn't experience it is doing a disservice to themselves and their community.

The only place that I've been to get someone a vaccine that they haven't cleaned the seating areas the whole time I was there and I've been to four different vaccination sites

So efficient.got my son's second vaxx there. In and out in less than 30 minutes with scheduled appt.

This place is a bit of a maze so figure out your entrance number before you go. Has a bit of everything, great location and lots of parking.

Nice clean organized place, I have attended several different events at this place and they were great. Highly recommended this venue to anyone.

I used this facility during covid vaccinations. I was directed to use the accessible washroom by door 2. I immediately noticed that the door accessibility buttons were not working for both washrooms. While I was in the washroom someone attempted to come in and I heard a lot of noise outside. When I came out, someone in a wheelchair was attempting to get in to the other washroom with their caretaker.

It was very disappointing to see. I returned a few minutes later and turned on the motor above the doors. It's very high so a person in a wheelchair couldn't even turn it on if they need to.

Ice needs some help.it's always too soft or super puddley. They need to use less water went cleaning the ice for games and such.

Other wise the facility is great! Clean and well kept. The skate shop out front is the best in ottawa.overall Good facility. Accessibility is well rounded.

The rinks at this arena are always in such good shape, and the complex, while a bit of a maze to get around, seems to be pretty well-maintained and has anything you'd realistically need at a sports complex.

Pool was very cold as was the change room. Otherwise clean. More expensive than other lane swim locations.

This is for badminton sports activity only. Last year I was there during the new year holiday. There are only 4 courts, but they allow almost 40 people to get in without any management. Eventually I left without playing because you can't expect 40 people manage themselves.

This year the same thing happened, they still allowed more than 32 people to get in the courts (4 persons can play in one court at a time). When there is a dispute happened in one court, the administrator just turned off the light of the whole gym and said the activity was cancelled.

Don't you learn how to improve your management? You can learn from other city gyms like Richacraft Recreation Center.

It was so bad experience over there and I will never go there again.

Went curling as part of a Christmas party. Was a great experience, amazing ice, and friendly staff. Highly recommended as an activity and well priced.

This complex is well organized. You can get in by any door. Directions are comprehensive and identified. Swimming pool is big. There are enough seats in the stadium. The curling rink is cozy.

Aging facility that hosts shows every weekend. Went there for the parent expo, could use more ventilation as it was warm in the curling rink.

Great place for swimming lessons for the kids. Also really great trails in behind the football/soccer fields.

Great yoga! I love Diane's classes in yoga. She's able to motivate and adapt to everyone's needs and abilities. The space is cool and good mirrors to help with form.

The Nepean Sportsplex was opened in 1972. It features a skating center, two arenas, a gymnasium, a state of the art pool (25 meter pool, 50 meter 8 lane pool with towers, hot tub, and children's pool) a fitness center, squash courts, a curling rink, and a bar.

Swimming here is great for women with hot flashes as the water is on the colder side. The change rooms are also large so people are not tripping over each other. There are also some private changing rooms in case older and larger people want privacy. I do find the ladder difficult to get out of the pool however as I get older. It is fun to watch the tower divers as one does one's lengths. It is a very car centric place that needs to increase its OC Transpo service including clearing snow away from the cross walk to navigate Woodroffe Avenue as a pedestrian.

The sportsplex has always been a place I go to for events. Miniaturists and modellers have had events there for years.

Very nice community certer and its very clean the pools are very nice and che chaingeroom is better and cleaner than napean sportsplex's

This place is very special. I really like it. I live Far away and still going to it. Everything is well organized

Good facility but definitely needs renovations. Some parts haven't been touched since it was built and if shows. Staff at the little snack shop are atrocious however.

Great sporting Centre. 3 rinks, full Olympic sized pool and curling are just some of the available amenities.

Always a fun place, but it's in dire need of some renovations. I used to swim here a lot and watch my cousins player for the Ryders as a kid, and going back yesterday I can see the wear. That poor football field.: (

Would give Halls C & D five stars if: 1) the management allowed food & drink inside the rooms and 2) the rooms offered the media center for music and video that every other facility or library already features.
